Are their defenders confirmed as being out, or is it just speculation?

Tarkowski is but nothing on the other two yet. But given they both went off with muscle injuries, you’d be very surprised if they were OK.

They’re not exactly going to risk anyone is such a meaningless game.

Exactly - Pickford must be in two minds - he could have a blinder up here and stop us getting a CL place but miss the play-off final (and bender!) with his mates or realistically, he gets a niggle, goes to the play-off final and misses us battering them to secure a CL place and rubbing his face in it! I’d be feeling my groin now if I was him!

might have been mentioned before - but it looks like the tv fixtures have been chosen -

Well that's going to be a blast - Manure vs villa - considering out of the three running for the 2 spots - they have least chance of getting there.

I honestly think it's that our fixture is being taken as a given. Forest and Chelsea is definitely the correct choice and I'm guessing they're thinking that it's between them and Villa, whereas us and Man City has less jeopardy. Not that I agree with that assessment, but that's what I'd guess the reasoning is.

Yes I think that's it.

I just hope whatever motivation Everton have its quickly gone when they realise what they are up against in terms of atmosphere, aggression and of course quality.

There has to be an element of "fuck this" about their mindset. The second half of their season has been a massive success and hopefully they see it as job done.

In the day or so after losing against Arsenal I was really desperate for us to win against Everton and get back into Champions League.

I then had the thought about whether Europa League would be better for us and actually having a shot at winning that would be incredible. I'd made my peace with potentially not making the top five.

Seeing that game last night I'm now firmly of the opinion we NEED to get into the top five this season and I would be extremely disappointed with anything else. This summer could be quite incredible if we've got Champions League in the bag, I think it might be slightly underwhelming if we don't.

It's not technically on tv in the US either. They've chosen Southampton/Arsenal as the 4th game, granted more people might have access to Peacock than the SyFy channel

Really meaningful match.

Just put a little £20 safety bet on us not finishing top 4. Would have gone top 5 but couldn't find a market.

Goes with my safety bet(s) on Sunderland getting promoted. If the worst case scenario happens this weekend at least I'm financially compensated for it.

Can confirm as a paying customer. It's a terrible platform, but at least we can watch whatever we want. DAZN used to have everything, including Cup's and UEFA tournaments.

I do agree with that assessment. If it wasn’t for fan nerves anyway. We all should if we’re thinking logically.

I don’t mind it, the 4 way split multiscreen is next level.

Surely city at Fulham would have been a better watch over Liverpool v Palace, neither have anything to play for.
