You probably know this, but you can subscribe to Amazon, Sky and TNT in the UK and still not be able to watch a good chunk of the games you might want. One of the reasons I don't mind not subscribing to any of them.

It’s scandalous that there are only 3 live games on Sunday and 1 of them is Liverpool v Palace - as I said yesterday, show our game then go straight to Anfield for the trophy presentation - disgrace really and I feel sorry for people who won’t get to see it as I imagine a lot of people will be out with it being a a Bank Holiday - arseholes!

They didn't even discuss us on MNF the other night when they were talking about who's going to qualify for the champions league . Made out that was only two spaces remaining and said they expected City and Villa to get them as Chelsea wouldn't win at Forest . Not a single mention of us which shows how certain they are we are we are getting one.

Was assuming, saw a gap between the hours of 4pm - 7pm when I looked, obviously have not seen this I don't use Instagram or whatever that is.

 

I thought they could show games, (like shearer's) but I'm wrong. Not been since the beginning, but discovered they have no licence. 

 

Perhaps I should have typed might they have it on.

Shearer’s can show it because it’s part of SJP, and therefore the venue where the match is being played at.

The Stack is not part of SJP, and has it’s own address, so therefor can’t show anything that’s not selected for TV.

If they are certain then they are fucking idiots, which we already know to be the case.

Just checked (via big Hank on RTG) and last year Sky had 3 games on the final day and BT/TNT had 1, so 4 overall. Disappointing when there is presumably more to play for (can't remember) that there is one less this year, especially when they are constantly boasting about all the live matches next season.

The Liverpool v Palace pick is a farce but Man Utd v Villa is nearly as bad - a Villa win doesn’t guarantee them CL football!

I agree that is also ridiculous but the fact that this is applying to the final decisive game of the season, taking place outside the outdated 3 pm blackout, is utterly ludicrous.

 

It's 2025. Just give people the option to watch every game. If the service was good, people wouldn't bother with VPNs and firesticks, in the same way I am no longer using Napster.
