Hope this is true but it's incredibly unprofessional isn't it? Can't see it for a professional player or club.

Lot of clubs with nothing to play for in the last game will be resting and rotating for various reasons, so doesn't seem impossible to me it's true, but good chance it's bs of course.

Not trying to be some ITK wanker lol, and no idea on how credible the info is, but supposedly Pickford won't be playing Sunday as they've gave him leave to go enjoy the playoff final.

May sound like bollocks but if memory serves me right hasn't he don't this before? Also he's not played previously vs us even though he wasn't injured so maybe it's true.

Either way echo what others have said, gotta look forward to these moments, whatever happens its best season in my lifetime, Sunday will top it off when we get it done.

The little cunt would want to try and be a pain in our arse too much to go on leave

Exactly. Further cunt hero status on weirdside if he can have a blinder against us…

They played very open against Southampton. Of course that's Southampton, but the game was the kind of game that we would absolutely feast on.

With Isak up top yeah. We need the rest of the forward line up to prove they can step up in his absence.

Heard we’ve played 4 times or thereabouts without Isak this season and our record not great? [emoji38]

Isak has missed four games this season and we have zero goals from open play in them games .  Arsenal , Liverpool and Everton away along with Man City at home so not exactly easy games to be fair .

Of course Isak would be a massive blow but a sample size of 4 is nothing.

Can other players in our team score a goal? Yes they can and they have plenty of times.

When Isak is playing.

I know what you are saying, and in theory it's true. But really they need to just do it in one game on Sunday. Everton's main defenders are out so that should help, but we need Gordon, Murphy and Barnes to be ready to pick the ball up and run it into the net if necessary. No sitting back and hoping someone else will do it.

This is surely not right

I’d revert back to our usual formation for this. Murphy and Barnes either side of Isak if he’s fit - Osula if he isn’t (never happening). Would also go Miley in the middle over Willock as they’ll likely sit in and Miley is better at keeping the ball moving.

They’re hard to beat under Moyes but I can’t see anything other than us getting it done.

I can usually put the games to the back of mind basically until game day then I’m like “oh we’re playing today, class” but not this one, can’t stop thinking about it. Next 5-6 days are gonna’ be torture. The thought of mackems winning play offs and us missing out on CL doesn’t bear thinking about.
