Same every year, lots of leaks beforehand then when 9am comes its a completely different set of fixtures. If first two are Villa and Liverpool though that's a pretty brutal start

That's a brutal start, but can be good to play a team like Liverpool early, especially at home.

 

Could be like the Sir Bobby days in terms of points in mid September mind if we don't start well, be all good though.

Not sure how anything can be a sickening start when we are one of the best sides in the league.

 

For every so-called tough set of fixtures there must be an easy set. 

 

We beat Man Utd, Spurs and Arsenal away in the space of a week. We are capable of anything.

 

A couple of signings wouldn't go amiss though.

Tough start but could be good to get some of the tougher games out the way before the CL starts, I’d much rather play a Wolves or Burnley after a mid week CL match than a villa or a liverpool

Also I echo the above, we are way more likely to do well against good sides in the first couple of games.
