Also says we’re a significant distance away from this valuation, which Brentford haven’t set, that Martin Hardy has presumably made up in his head.
 

Spurs could also match but he isn’t a priority. Apparently he’s also been offered to Chelsea and Arsenal.

Can’t be that bad - he got 19 goals last season and is Brentford’s highest premiership goal scorer ever. Last 4 seasons 30, 38, 34 and 35 appearances.

Aye 2 or 3 times - you might get gazumped.  But 5, 6 times we just aren’t doing the right pre work.

No idea. I guess that’s what we are doing. 
 

I always thought any striking option would play with Isak. Or if not the player would be cheap. I'm not sure Wissa fits that profile.  
 

I’m trying to be patient and not knee jerking. But with the lack of leadership at the club and missing out on so many players - it’s starting to look like a shitshow.  Praying we pull off a smart moves.

Am I missing something here, but the only players we know for certain we've been gazumped for are Pedro and Ekitike? There where press reports we had an interest in Mbuemo and Kudus but we never submitted any offers.

 

This makes perfect sense like, we went for our primary targets, and weren't able to get them, so we're now pivoting to players that improve our floor.

The players we have been after we kind of knew they were been targeted by the bigger financed clubs. 

Cunha there was a fair few wanting him same with delap and mbuemo. 

Ekitike was another with Liverpool spurs linked to him.

Only Salah scored more non-pen goals than Wissa last season. Not really sure why some people are shitting on this move the way they are. Is he not a fashionable enough name?
