Taylor Swift
We’re only two points off last season comparing matches played against the same teams. However, we beat every single team we’re playing in the next 10 league matches. It’s time for our patented win streak, otherwise we will need to win a lot of difficult matches late in the season. ExiledGeordie
Players like Kudus mean they’ll always carry a threat but our midfield should over power theirs and we look up for it at the moment with the likes of Barnes and Woltemade scoring. Pilko
You'd imagine Tonali comes back in, and probably Murphy and (sigh) Gordon. I'd rather Joelinton played this one than Burnley at the weekend, where Miley would undoubtedly be more useful.
Hanshithispantz
I'm not too bothered as long as Gordon isn't up front.
Decky
Id prefer Gordon tonight and Barnes at the weekend. Gordon likes to show up against the bigger teams so you might get a performance out of him but he's guaranteed to be crap against Burnley.

SUPERTOON
Reading the spurs fans views on Frank, and some of the stuff in the media, is it really as bad as they are making out ? Makes it seem like fans and players have already had enough of him.

Plus pundits, Sky and the like lumping them in with those other five clubs all the time doesn't help expectations. They've never been even remotely close to any of them in terms of success on the pitch. Edited December 2, 2025 by Decky

Starting tonight probably. He's definitely a tidy manager but not someone who jumps off the page as they will bring trophies if that makes sense. He excelled at the getting the most out of little with the only pressure being not to get relegated. With Spurs he has to extract that last 1% out of a lot and with much more pressure. SUPERTOON
It does feel like one of those games where an early goal could see us win easily. Their away form is very good though.

Joelinton seems to love to play against Spurs as well. I do worry after comments on Hall that he maybe rested tonight and Burn shifted to LB with Schar coming in. I think we have to play Barnes at the moment given his goalscoring form.
