The lads were class. Make no mistake, we dominated Barcelona. I am so deflated by the refereeing decisions I don't know how you pick yourself up from that. I guess there's just so much injustice in the world I'll add it to the pile.

I think these days the 4th official or VAR tell the ref how much more time to add on after the allotted time is over. So nothing suspicious about it. I saw him as well. It looked like he was about to blow then he got a message.  Also happens in the prem so that teams don’t get away with wasting time.

Thought the ref was alright aside from the Yamal yellow. Didn't buy Araujo's shite which directly led to our goal. Clear pen and the time was added because of the sub

Agree with this. I was thinking that a narrow 1-0 lead in the away match is a bit of an albatross.

 

We'll have to win it now and that's pretty straightforward, not in terms of the game itself but what we're trying to do.

The CL brand and sponsors must be protected. Its fucking more corrupt than the PL. The likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid, Munich, Liverpool, etc have to go through to the later ko stages as that's what the UEFA brand needs. Not absolutely certain what Barca's gameplan was. Just sort of knocking the ball around incredibly slowly. Plus loads of misplaced passes. Rubbish set pieces. Can only pray they play exactly like this at the Nou Camp.

I feel like they almost thought they can just dawdle their way through this game and just win the next one. Lamal didn't seem bothered at all.
