Sour grapes from the Spanish contingent, both have been sent packing this year and both have complained about refs the opposition etc. Bunch of cunts. 😂
-
I want an unlikely Arsenal win, anything that makes our match with them easier.
-
Mind you he's out all the time that lad. Glad we didn't get him.
-
We're not buying a 29 year old
-
not saying the ref was good or bad but I definitely don’t think Pedri is in any position to point this out after the weasel stuck his tongue out after conning a FK just before the end
-
Man U just took a step closer to CL football with Maddison injury
-
I've said all I have to on the matter.
-
Hope for a proper drubbing so I can see Arteta cry.
-
This urban purist shite they're releasing as well - why do we want 2010 vibes? Was 2010 a vintage year for training clobber?
-
A famous loss for Arsenal
-
I'm not referring to your interaction with TCD. Again with the talking down though, you can't help yourself can you?
-
What we thinking tonight then lads? An Arsenal hiding. Or a noble effort but not enough. Or a famous win.
-
Speaking of Brighton, wonder where James Milner goes in summer? Would’ve become all time appearances in prem this season hadn’t he got injured. Would Leeds want him on a one year deal?
-
Lord give me strength ...

My point was more signing 25yr olds for £25m isn’t really with a view of trading profits, it’s a shift in policy to signing players differently to what they’ve done before to kick on. Signing likes of Baleba are with a view of profits, likes of O’Riley are not. So them moving to signing Watkins type of signings are already being done by them (I.e. ready made and played many games in Europe / European domestic leagues) It’s like us signing Barnes isn’t with an eye for profit, it’s for the output in the immediate. Agree they will be caught up, because every club in their bracket will have an off season or two and drop off. Wolves and Leicester of recent years are two examples.
-
It's based on the league equivalent so it won't have the top leagues on there.
-
Rogers and Nunes aren't even similar at all are they?
-
I agree, they need a bit of a marquee signing in a striker position. Buying a striker is pretty much the hardest position to fill and usually very difficult to do cheaply. If they got it right then they could get a top five spot
-
That's sort of what I'm getting at though? All 3 of those are punts. If they smashed it, they'd double their money in a year or two. They've been caught up by the likes of Bournemouth & Brentford who have similar ways of going about things. Palace do it slightly differently mixing up young English potential and signing the odd generational talent like Eze, but they're probably on a similar level. West Ham will likely come back to at least a mid-table side again next year, Everton's new stadium and revenue might give them a boost to climb out of that 14-17th rung. It's not unique what they do anymore. Seen it so often with the likes of Swansea & Southampton where they look mid-table or slightly better, get it wrong one year and it's all undone. They're at a stage now where £50m or so on Watkins will improve them. Just feel they're in danger of those clubs I've mentioned overtaking them or at least matching them and they drop 5-6 places in the table pretty rapidly over the course of a season or two.
-
You are intense I agree with team Rogers. Never seen Nunes be that great
-
Did we reverse the ban on posting nufcblog content or something?
-
I know exactly why I responded to TCD the way I did, and that's between me and him. Quite frankly, it's really none of your business, and so I'd appreciate it if you mind your own business and stop sticking your nose in.
