O'nien could seriously hurt someone. He's a reckless snidey player to cover his inadequacies, and will be so out of his depth in the PL his recklessness could be dangerous. He also does horrible things like kissing opposition players and laughing about it. There's a clip of him on youtube jumping on someone's back after he had been done for pace (not unusual for him) and that was in the lower leagues.

I've got the long sleeve version of the original and it's one of the few older shirts that I don't mind wearing for kicking about in because it's so well made - I'm convinced that it's pretty much bomb-proof. However, I'm ashamed to admit that after owning the shirt for umpteen years, I only just realised a few weeks ago that the black speckled pattern on it makes a big version of the club crest. Felt a bit daft for having never spotted it previously because it's bloody obvious once you see it.

I can’t help but reminisce about the old days when recruitment was easy. The excitement around nabil bentelab, Jetro Williams, Valentino lazaro and international class players like Danny Rose flocking to the club. Happy memories.

We're not fishing in the same pond though. It's abundantly clear that we get the players the big 5 or so aren't interested in. I know it's frustrating but it's true isn't it? I'm not being pessimistic but I've supported Newcastle long enough to recognise how things are. It's also why I think players from abroad are a better option. Established Prem players want Chelsea, City, Liverpool even fkn Man U ffs.

I think Isak is quite rightly exercising some leverage to get the club to sign players. It’s totally in our gift to show him we’re seriously ambitious

For these reasons i agree Dibling at the price quoted isn’t the right purchase for NUFC this summer.

Even if that RW has the potential to be exceptional? I imagine the same argument was made for replacing Dan Burn with a first team ready left back - we bought one who was expensive and with little experience and he is now arguably the best English left back in the league. If we buy someone with potential for the RW spot I will trust that the club have made the decision not just for next season but with the following season and those after that.

We need a RW that would instantly improve our XI. Not someone who is very expensive, has little experience and may come good in few years. Murphy is not good enough for top4 challenge. He is a good lad but we have to be realistic. RW has to be top player. We dont have time to wait and hope.
