I would be surprised if we spend more than 100+M. But if we sell someone, then maybe.

Stuart Attwell doing the FA Cup final, best of luck lads!

Applause Maybe the slim fit option on the top was a mistake though.

I think it'll be double. We had £60m to spend on Guehi/Olise last summer and we're seemingly happy to trigger Huijsen's £50m clause whilst still needing to fill arguably the 2nd most expensive position in the squad at RW. Like I say, could be wrong (got it completely wrong last summer) bit I'm quietly optimistic.
-
And only 30m on the 5 year PSR never never. Potential to cover that - to then raise another buying pot - with increased revenues from being even more competitive.
-
I think we'll spend but probably close to 80m.
-
haha. I know, I know. I just don't think mainland europeans see the Premier League as the pinnacle of football, like we all do. Not at all trying to downplay our own success
-
1st year expenditure dropped off, revenues gone up, powder kept dry the last 3 window and I'm hoping any prospective commercial deals are pending the type of European qualification we achieve, maybe? All conjecture, I guess, but there appears to be a general consensus across all media outlets that we do have money to spend, and will.

Nike are the absolute pits.

I think this is the right topic for this.. But my local Finnish team TPS plays for 2nd tier in the Finnish league, again hoping to get promoted. One of their rivals, EIF, who was relegated last season and tries to get back up straightaway, managed to fuck up gloriously. They have a quite an expensive team and are taking bit of gamble. And then this happens: Their chairman makes a parent club agreement with a team in the top flight, so that they can move players after closing of the transfer window. Loan players to cover injuries etc. They pay the fee for the league and register it before the deadline 28th of February, but there are no news about this so no one notices. Last friday both teams release a statement that this kind of agreement is in place and how wonderful it is etc. The problem is, that this kind of agreement automatically means they cannot get promoted. It is stated in the league rules, that making this sort of deal means you are not eligible for promotion. It doesn't even matter if any player moves between clubs or not. Well, apparently they didn't know this, so now there is panic. They have deleted the announcements from their websites, but the agreement can be seen at the league web page. Then they told reporters "no agreement was signed" etc bullshit, because the deal was made, sent to the league and fee was paid. Season started week ago, but seems like it is over for them already.

For the money Kudus would cost I'd say theres better value out there. 4 goals and 2 assists in 28 games isnt great. He dribbles a lot but we would need better output.. Sounds like im describing ASM

Spurs casually morphing into the New York Jets with that logo on the inside of their collar.
-
I've always wondered what Nike would do if they where ever our kit manufacturer, the way they've been going lately, I don't really want to find out.
-
Some new kits. Spurs’ and Bayern are horrendous for me. Inter is kind of vomit inducing but I don’t hate it. I like the Man U kit.
-
Burnley already have Traffords replacement with Etienne Green.
-
Am I the only one not expecting to spend 150m? Do I need to adjust my thinking? Where is all the dosh from?
-

Losing him for that year is a proper sickner, like. Think we'd be even further along as a club had he played. You do get the feeling he's going to the top.

Among the playoff chasing teams none of the top3-6 are in good form & most inform teams are blackburn & millwall. Although the later two have the toughest opponent on paper, sheffield & Burnely respectively. With title on the line Burnley might be just too tough for millwal but blackbuck can thump sheffield into playoffs. In that case with 5 wins in a row blackburn would definitely be the promotion favour.

Aye, that's not going to happen
