Here comes Romano saying that Chelsea are in for him.

We could potentially be playing Villa with almost the exact same team as we did in the 2023 season opener Pope Tripps Botman Scharr Burn Murphy Tonali Bruno Joe Gordon Isak -
Plenty on here don't get 'dorty Leeds'
-
They don’t need to wait until 1st July to sign players, though.
-
You'd think Leeds would be top category considering the hatred in years gone by Then again the modern day man u customer probably doesn't know owt about that
-
I wonder if I'll ever set foot in the new stadium.I'm 63, these fuckers need to get their arses into gear
-
That's us knackered then, we can't cope with Chelseas tenured contracts.
-
So that's either Chelsea are going to sign him or Brighton/Pedro putting pressure on Newcastle.
-
Not putting any energy into transfers yet. Expecting a very active late June/early July.

Christ, I can only imagine what that hard face would look like in a bad fettle …

Jarmies on. Imagine if Michelle Collins heard that me and T-Swizzle had a no-jarmie sleepover at mine. It'd cause RUCTIONS

Lucky Arsenal catching the big teams cold

They did - no real issues with recruitment nor Howe’s nephew for me Agreed re Eales - that was on his watch, and he should’ve been across it. His ‘everyone is available’ statement was probably the only destabilising moment at the club post-takeover, and seemed to result in a complete communications shutdown. I think I heard Penfold talk as much during the Ashley era - comms have been poor and slow.

Goma having played for Guy Roxy’s Auxerre was as notable from memory
-
Any good? Still surprised no one's took a punt on Maignan - he's a cracking keeper.
-
I remember we all said this last summer (I agree with you though).
-
You make a good point - Andy Howe and Nickson had a play in past signings didn't they? No issues with that going forward they unearthed some gems. Just find it odd people are quick to criticise Amanda/Mehrdad for past spending but Eales gets away relatively scott free

Before they became rich we were buying their best defenders for £4m a pop (Domi, Goma, Rozehnal)
