His wage couldn't have been high to start off with (like has to be below £100k), so if we can get him tied down on similar wages that takes him up to his 30, that's a good deal. Think even if he turned into a bit of a stop start injury CB, he's depth in quality over rest of this decade for the wages he'd be on, would be very hard to match.
