  1. Past hour
  2. Yes getting ahead in the first half will be key as it will force them out more and probably lead to a more routine win. The idea of us encamped in their half/edge of the box searching for a winner the whole second half 😫
  3. Waking up marinated in your pit with your fury tongue stuck to the roof of your mouth, brass band playing in your head. I know what’ll sort me out, running about in the searing heat heading a lump of leather said no man ever!

    Kieran Trippier

As one of the forum’s resident alcoholics, 24/7 drinking had me hanging out in bed watching Netflix while off my face. Putting on pants was hard work let alone leaving the house for going farther than the liquor store. Playing in the PL at an elite level while doing that would be impressive tbh
  5. I’m oddly less confident about Everton at home than Arsenal away. Everton at home is exactly the sort of fixture we’ve struggled with over the last couple of years - midtable sides coming to SJP to spoil and sit off.
  6. I can’t see Postecoglou lasting there. He’s got no idea how to organise a defence, seemingly no plan B and is just a grump thesedays with any journalist and any questions which are even mildly critical. He’s become a bore too.
  7. I actually think Villa as well as Chelsea could drop points on the final day of the season but we just need to get our own house in order and get it sorted. Beating Arsenal is the dream scenario but while Everton is definitely tricky we’ll put them away at home. Obviously the longer it goes on and we aren't winning the more nervy it’ll get.
  8. aye let's play them both away just to make it a little more difficult
  9. Have no idea how the bookies are so confident, Arsenal and Everton away aren't easy fixtures like
  10. Today
  11. I think if we had to win that, we would have. We obviously tried to win it but knowing we only needed a draw meant we had that fallback. I think b Everton knowing we have to win, we will.
  12. They're usually magpie-coloured, which includes blue...rather fetching, no?
  13. Are magpies usually blue? Or is that just a nod to the average temperature in the north east?
  14. I got planning permission for your walls...and a loft conversion for the middle tower to make it more prominent...But I ain't no builder pal, lol
  15. Will be classic Arsenal to bother showing up when we don't want them too. Should be a good game for the neutral. I'm ordering beta blockers lol
  16. Is it possible Man U actually bought hojlund because his name is similar to haaland
  17. There’s a lot of steps in there before that can happen
  18. It's a shame that everyone in the country doesn't carry around some kind of device that can quickly and discreetly take high quality pictures. Would be a bonus if this device could also connect to the internet to upload said pictures. Reckon there's a potential market there, gonna get mesel on Dragon's Den.
  19. Incredible that some bloke down the pub knows that England international Kieran Trippier is on a 24/7 Keith Richards-style piss-up, yet the tabloid hacks just can’t get anything on him in that regard.
  20. And ya didn't post it. Shame on you
  21. The fourth tower is obscured to us as we're looking at it from a diagonal angle You're right about the walls - But meh - Artistic license - Or we could add them in - No issue with that. I love it, but my slight gripe is with that flag at the top...throws off the balance a bit... So I got rid of it...and that double seam under the right magpies wing, and that stray grey pube on the left magpie - It's easily a badge I could live with.
