Seemed good, by all accounts (other than RTG obviously) was. The best atmosphere's anyone's experienced had dips, probably relative to the game. Its natural. Constant noise is only really created by cosplaying ultras and isn't actually support.

Btw, if the plan is to give Miley 20-25 starts next year I’d definitely think he should stay. If he’s going to make 20-25 appearances from the bench for a few minutes here and there I’d think he’d be better off going on loan. Anyway, we’ll see when we see. Hope for the starts obvs.

FWIW in rugby it’s not really to do with punishment, it’s just completely alien to the culture to disrespect the ref. Every coach tells you from a kid to call the ref sir and that everything he says is fact.

In the same breath he admitted to making the decision to leave Liverpool when he was offered a contract extension. I've noticed all season teams get away with nasty fouls against us that are definite yellows. Then the ref cannot wait to show them too our team. Absolute arseholes these officials.

During the match, I heard the commentators say a couple of times that the winner of this game(Chelsea V Us) would have CL Football? How do they figure that out? Did it mean we can't crash down lower than Fifth? Or what would be their rationale for such a statement?

If you fancied a bit of a safety bet where you could still win a lump and get a CL spot, Skybet have us 7/2 to finish outside of the top 4. Same odds as we are to finish 2nd.
