Light bulbs… fuck Edison and his patent… light bulbs are Geordie (well sort of). Collingwood Street was first in the world with outdoor electric lighting thanks to Joseph Swan, Gateshead resident and member of Newcastle Lit & Phil who independently invented them. Also, I think, his invention was the first to enable electric lights in domestic homes as well. Stick that in your shit metaphor ‘socket’ Arteta! -

100% I can't believe it wasn't panned harder. The sharks it he Colosseum was a clear sign the film makers had not faith in their film or audience. -

And that's probably what's going to happen. No big changes, just small tweaks. -

Win this and we qualify in anyway. It would take a 15 goal swing for Villa to finish above us. That would require us losing 7/8-0 against Everton, and Villa winning 7/8-0 against Man Utd. That is also assuming we only win by 1 goal as well.

Talking of Top Gunners, anyone thinking these lot won't be firing on all cylinders needs a wobble. I'd happily scamper away with a point. A win would be mind blowing, obvs -

Top Gun 1 - Goose dies because he bangs his head relatively lightly on the canopy of an F14 Tomcat Top Gun 2 - Maverick hits Mach 10 in a TWOC’d experimental Darkstar aircraft, survives the destruction of the plane, lands safely back on earth (in the USA), walks straight into a bar and glugs some water I’ll have a large bag of whatever drugs the Top Gun 2 script writers were on please -
Kenny Sansom ended up on a park bench. Seems to be all Man U and Arsenal 😂

It wasn't, it was shit but, then again, Top Gun was shit as well. -
I think, in Mrs G's line of graft, they call it "Functioning Alcoholic" & "Alcohol Dependent" 2 distinct categories, apparently. Boat load of people, out there, managing to keep their lives ticking over.....just. Remember laughing at the "I'm not drunk you know" family on thd Fast Show Functioning as a professional athlete must take some doing tho. Maybees more on the "Dependant" radar, methinks. McGrath, Merson? That SAFC bloke that smashed those cars up?

Corr, yes please. Not seen him since he moved there, but he was an immense talent in La Liga. Always felt he would’ve went to Man City as Gundogan replacement but ended up in Saudi.
