Hopefully gets himself sorted but we shouldn’t be making pity hires even if his contacts in Sudan are top notch.
-
Graeme Jones who has worked for England taking them to international finals? There's nothing relevant about Lee Clark being an intelligent player in the 90s or his son playing for our academy years ago that makes him a very well rounded candidate. Such a well rounded candidate that his work in the Northern League, Sudan and Oman must have gone unnoticed
-
So Clarks managerial record isn't relevant to a mangers job role but his son coming through our academy is?
-
Quansah could become very good, he’s got a lot of good attributes and is good on the ball but he can’t defend and that’s quite a critical flaw for a centre half.
-
Deep deep undercover (never seen that before)
-
Any of that relevant? What’s Graeme Jones management record?
-
I agree about Anderson but Quansah is very average. Sticking his leg out like that for the pen was schoolboy stuff. He hasn't looked comfortable when I've seen him play for Liverpool either. Nah not for me.
-
Wasn't he like 32 when we signed him?
-
Didn't he completely slag Rafa off when he left saying him he promised a load of stuff and ruined his career?
-
Shrugged off Cole trying to get in his ear afterwards too. Bad attitude. Ship him off to Man City while we have the chance.
-
I literally remember nothing about him Suspect he was a shite Cm/DM, feel like we had fucking loads of them during Ashley, most of them having been mentioned lately.
-
Gamez was 100% a dressing room mole for Rafa and nothing else. Nobody will convince me otherwise.
-
He's been managing Blyth Spartans and teams in Sudan and Oman. Apart from Huddersfield which was like 15 years ago he's been pretty terrible manager. To them give him a prestigious job would be absolutely nonsensical. A 'very well rounded candidate' ffs howay
-
aye, treat it as a very expensive development loan and move on. Value only going to go up too. Would start ahead of Joelinton now in lots of scenarios imo.
-
Well done Anderson. So many on here thought he was ordinary and wouldn't amount to much on his way out last summer at 21/22 years old. Scoffed at the fee Forest paid. One year of full experience in the first team and he looks so much more confident, assured and accomplished. Too quick to label young players that haven't got enough experience, as not being good enough. Seeing the same thing with Quansah right now.
-
Anderson's on for big things like. Could see him at City in a year or two.
-
Think it was triggered by Wor Tino
-
Yep, should just accept it’s a short term L but a long term W by getting him back now.
-
Do Newcastle have a sell-on cut?
-
Tino screaming Portugal El Rey de Iberia in the faces of the Spanish. Absolutely hates them.
-
True dat.
-
Tino started all that melee. Little Spanish twat tried to two foot him right at the final whistle so he went head to head with him and it all went off from there. Anyway, great win that.
