You may be right but it will only work if Bent's the lone striker and either berba or Keane play ogg him: ------------------------------robbo----------------------------- chimbonda----kaboul----------------king------------bale ----------------------------huddlestone------------------ ------------------jenas----zokora--------steed ------------------------ keane or berbs------------------ --------------------------------bent-------------------------- nah dont like it tbh but might work away from home. Hopefullt we'll play dirty and start fouling against city how do you aim for f and hit g? they are 3 keys apart Have you got a dodgy keyboard? 'f' is next to 'g' on mine!

Totally unrelated but someone told me that Villa have started playing music when they score, is this true brummie?

That was never a sending off offence!!!
  5. Weather is fucking horrible, shite time of year for a charity game as Dr Spec pointed out, I was thinking about going but couldn't be arsed with it pissing down.
  6. The PFA was formed in Manchester. So here it is. Altho I'm not sure about the merits of hosting the game in December. The weather is absolutely minging. The PFA was formed 100 years ago today. So today it is. Still I'm sure there would have been a better turnout if it had been held at a better time of year.
  7. Only Rozehnal, Barton, Smith, Beye and Milner iiirc came over and acknowledged us, the rest fucked off straight down the tunnel.
  8. From the Sunday Times; Sacked in the morning, sang the Blackburn fans gleefully as Sam Allardyce walked down the tunnel after seeing his side make it four defeats in five games, and perhaps he will be. Even if he survives, defeat by Arsenal at St James’ Park on Wednesday will almost certainly see Allardyce lose his job and Alan Shearer take over the coaching role. http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/football/premier_league/blackburn/article2983723.ece
  9. We weren't s***. well we wernt good shit tactics, played for a draw, all went wrong for fat sam once again Played for a draw? If anything cost us the game it was the fact that we went bombing forward too much in the second half. Something I prefer seeing rather than a pathetic surrender. Aye, we certainly didn't play for a draw.
  10. Just got back, disappointed to lose obviously but a much better attitude and approach than last week.
  11. its actually saturday at 3pm. but i take your point about price. i do think we could sell a few hundred more though Aye it is, just the whole in between Christmas and New Year thing made me forget it was a Saturday!
  12. NO. We wouldn't sell out, not at those prices and with it being a midweek game and being in between Christmas and New Year. I know a lot of regular travellers who refuse to go to this one due to the price. I know 5 or 6 people who are not going to Chelsea but have been at every away game so far this season and will be at all the rest bar this one. With all the above and crap transport links (booking a train now will cost you at least £60) I just can't see us selling out the full allocation.
  13. Playing on a regular basis for Chelsea, why would he come here?
  14. Started upfront for Preston tonight, on SS1 now.

    TRAGIC NEWS

Quite funny that, sending a player out on loan to gain first team experience to a team in a higher division!

    Tim Krul

Doing pretty well behind of one of the worst defences in the history of football from what I can gather from people I know up in Scotland and media reports.
  18. Its probably one more pitch then Arsenal have in there training complex. When you live in the shadow of much more successful clubs you have to take success where you can find it you know Or were just building for the future with a new state of the art training facility that should help youngsters such as Pekhart, Dixon, Taarabt, Rose and Dervitte develop faster and better It will have very little impact on those players. New developments don't just appear once they have received planning permission. Still can only be a good thing for your club.
