Because we have good players, and we have a manager who took a worse squad than this to 5th last season. They've all, by their own admission, been under-performing, but the gravity of the situation will inspire them all to finally realise their full potential. And then I woke up. -
Can anyone really see this cunt inspiring our players to go out and play for their lives on Sunday?
-
Selective memory there. Have you forgotten the last two home games?
-
The honeymoon is over! Shame it started with giving us a good fucking!
-
Yes, and probably irrespective of where we finish. Think the worst and then you can't be disappointed. What the fuck am I on about, I'll be suicidal if that happens!
-
Who's ever heard of a Premiership player being told his seasons over due to injury, and a month later drafted back into the squad with 5 games left and told the club's Premiership survival virtually rests on your shoulders? You just couldn't make it up!
-
Pardew said: “It looks like at QPR we’re going to have to try to win the game and see where that leaves us. We wanted to try to get two wins.” This joker just gets worse! No Alan we don't have to "try" to beat QPR, we fucking MUST beat them! And he seems to have given up on beating Arsenal in his last sentence, as I think he's including the West Ham game in that quote! The manager will take us down if his comments are anything to go by. Just compare the negativity of what Pardew is saying compared to positivity of the other managers in danger. He's scaring the shit out of me, so what the fuck is he doing to the players he needs to inspire?
-
"Some of the wildfire that we've had has just been way, way off the mark." Wtf are you on about?. The cunt can't even speak English, so no surprise there are communication problems.
-
He didn't exactly play well during our relegation season though did he? Some people say he was still adjusting to the league, some people say he didn't have the heart for the fight. I know what I thought at the time. No his first season was not a good one but since then he has been mostly outstanding for us and to have him back can only be a huge bonus for us. Well said! I hope you're right.

Hoping he plays like that, rather than like this: http://metrouk2.files.wordpress.com/2013/04/ay_108103485.jpg?w=650 ...or we are going to be in trouble!

Harry'll drop all of the mercenaries, get a team together playing for their futures at the club, and beat the shit out of us.
-
I think we're going to be sadly disappointed if we're expecting a vintage Colo performance on Saturday. He's going to be rusty, relatively unfit and probably nervous stepping back into this situation, but if he can give us more stability and solidity at the back it's got to be a good call. Just worried about Carroll bullying him though.
-
Fans no, manager/coaching staff resounding yes, players; not sure. Two weeks ago I would have said players no, but the gutless performances lately have got me confused; are they poorly coached, is communication an issue, are there divisions within the camp, or are they just not as good as I thought they were?
-
Disappointed he didn't also say it was down to shite management/coaching though.
-
The shite he's dishing up will soon put an end to the sell out crowds if he does stay. The anticipated drop in revenue with Pardew as manager next season is our best chance of getting rid of him imo. The bottom line is the one thing that Ashley understands, and he will be ruthless to protect it. I hope!
-
I'm amazed at the lack of momentum the Pardew Out point of view has got. Very little in the media, and not a lot at St James'. Does anyone have any idea why? Is it general apathy, is it that the crowd don't want to rock the boat at the moment because of the threat of relegation and are just hoping we can improve under this waster, is Ashley capable of influencing the media? Any other manager would be totally aware that he was not wanted in similar circumstances. I'm at a loss to explain it.
-
We can't be any worse off without him, and we might just benefit from the bounce factor for the last 3 games. Just can't see it happening. Desperately hoping that Ashley sacks him at the end of the season though.
-
And cunt. I did think about that, but Pardew apologist is the worst thing you can call a Newcastle fan at the moment.

"We haven’t suddenly became a bad coaching staff.” Very true Alan, very true.
