This problem started when they increased the amount of English Champions League teams from 2 to 3 and then to 4. If they only had 2 spots per country 2 of the big 4 would not qualify. The fact the same 4 always qualify just makes the rich get richer and the others further away!

1 rule i would like to see is that if play is stopped for an injured player then they have to be off the field for 5 minutes.
