He'll get it right I'm confident of that, but I think he needs to fundamentally change the way he approaches games and sets his team up. I know he's used 4-2-3-1 throughout his career but I'm not sure if this cautious, slow approach to negating the opposition is going to work. Needs horses for courses and that means playing higher, quicker with 2 up top, width and getting after teams from the first whistle. I trust him but something needs to change.

Clearly didn't see the game on Friday then We're desperate for a LB. He was so poor that his direct opponent felt safe and confident enough to use his back to control the ball and rinse Dummett. He's not the answer and I can't see him any use to us this season or if we get promoted. He's a back-up CB when we're desperate and no more.

Instant upgrade on Dummett and money well spent imo. All for it.

Played well but most of the time he was just ticking things over under little or no pressure. The whole team needs to shift 15 yards up the pitch and get beyond the ball and provide options to the bloke in possession. Too many men behind the ball, too conservative and a lack of options in the final third. He's not the problem but we need to change the approach.

Looked awful, generally does in most games imo but I keep hearing how he's solid enough defensively from a few people so I begin to doubt myself...and then I see him play dreadfully again and again. It's not a coincidence, he's just fucking bang average on his best day.

The main worry is the fact Fulham have given the rest of the shite in this league the blueprint to stifling and beating us. We lack a cutting edge, we're slow and cautious in possession and can't defend set pieces. Sit back, soak it up and play a big lump up front, play for throws and corners and exploit our inability to defend them. The rest of the league have watched that and now know our weaknesses.
