Can't deny it, missing out on Europe after all of the effort we've put in over the last 9 months is a big, big blow. Think the Conf League would have actually been perfect for us but it just didn't happen and there's no point moping abut it now, it's gone. I'm taking nothing for granted yet but they're not 1/7 to win the cup without good reason. They're ultra-professional and will want to beat Man U at Wembo as much as we would ourselves. It's not done but I'd be astonished if this Man U team turn up and beat one of the best teams on the planet in a Cup final.

All things considered he's done brilliantly but I bet he'll want to draw a line under this season, lots of good memories, lots of great goals and performances but it seems a little bitter-sweet as it could have been so much better with a few things falling in our favour. But that's the game, it happens, not sure he could have done too much better given the cards he was dealt
