It does tbh. The NUSC have made several attempts to meet with their 'detractors' in an effort to iron out any misconceptions and address any issues and you've not said boo to a goose. Suddenly, once they've gained trust status, you've chosen to have a little pop. Just a little snide imo.
-
And you've voiced these criticisms directly to the NUSC, yes?

Campbell signs for the mackems. Fee could rise to £6m.

Always liked Sampdoria's ground. I think it's the way they built tower things in each corner. That one in Portugal with a quarry behind a goal looks nice too. Braga?
-
Got to be good news.

When something actually happens I'll be able to vote. Until that time we're all just guessing tbh.

Heard tonight that the smogs are speculating that Boro went down deliberately so they could 'create interest' in the club again and bounce back again whilst trimming the outgoings. Retards.

I'm a great believer in people getting what they deserve in life. I've got no problem with great actors earning silly money for producing a superb movie. A company director who oversees his company making massive profits deserves their bonus. A top, top footballer who raises the level of achievement of his club deserves his wage. It's just basic karma - you get what you deserve. Which is why this little wanker's move annoys me so much. I don't really blame him for ding what he's done because most of us would have done the same - it's the fact he categorically does NOT deserve a move to the best club in the country. No fucking chance. He's been a fucking disgrace as both a player and a captain for the last couple of years. He's looked bloody useless and you'd expect the captain of a relegated to 'give a shit' but this little wanker has gone through the motions and taken £100,000 a week out of this club for the past 4 years. It all equals out in the end, life will get him back eventually. Piece of shit.
-
With a good manager we could piss this league. We don't need to spend millions to get back up - just keep the majority of the current squad together and appoint a bloke who knows the game and can motivate them. The midfield still needs an overhaul but we could bounce straight back up no problem.
-
I'll predict now that this fucking monstrosity is the best-selling away kit for years. I've got a hunch that people will buy it purely because it's so awful. 'So bad it's good' type of shit. Fucking mentalists.
-
Stopped getting annoyed at crap journalists years ago. He's out to get a reaction and he's (obviously) succeeded unfortunately.
-
The lad needs to get his shit together to be honest. He's a good player but he's going to piss his career up the wall if he's not careful, and that'll be a shame - regardless of who he plays for.
-
Can't believe how well this has worked out for the little wanker. Our captain last season was a fucking disgrace and he manages to get the best club in the country to sign him. Always find it a bit distasteful to actually wish injury on a player but if Cattermole happens to nail him this year and ends his career I'll laugh my cock off.
-
I'd wager he'll be 'injured' for that one. Gutless little wanker.
-
Hardly the end of the world tbh. He's not a good player and will be replaced easily from what I've seen of him. Probably go to Burnley and get relegated. We'll see.
-
Don't really think we're in any position to have a pop atm. We're a shambles on and off the field and they've just appointed a decent manager and given him £50m to spend. Let's get our own house in order before taking the piss, eh?
-
76/77 Although the white one from 79/80 also looks nice.

It DOES seem very planned and premeditated. Everything he has done. It almost CANNOT be anything other than deliberate - if it were not (also) so unbelievable. And yet . . . If he deliberately wanted to take us down then he would have let Allardyce stay on. Or at least appointed Kinnear instead of Keegan to replace him....
-
As horrifically bad as it's turned out I refuse to believe Ashley's thought this through and planned to get us relegated. He's just got in way over his head and panicked. The people he's left to run the club day-to-day have been inept and we're in the shit until he fucks off. But he never planned any of it.
-
Doesn't matter if the pricks running the gaff take it seriously or not - fact is that if they bid £100m then the club's going to be sold. Money talks and if they've got the green then they've got a chance.

It's a fantastic day, what more can I say.

Don't have a problem with it myself. It's there as a choice. Was one Sunday where I was totally hungover and couldn't move from the couch all-day and watched Goals on Sunday, a live Dutch match on Setanta followed by the two Premiership matches, a French match, and then a La Liga match. Better than most of the sh*te on TV on a Sunday. Fair enough, but how many people will continue to pay for the privilege of having the option to watch football for 18 hours a day? The choice is fine and the coverage/range is excellent but it's got to reach a tipping-point soon. First it was itv digital and now Setanta are about to go the journey. A lack of competition means Sky will not need to outbid everyone else when the contract is due for renewal and it'll ultimately be worth less for the clubs. We'll see I suppose.
