Too young/Inexperienced TBH He's a natural leader in my opinion you can't teach that, most people say Given but if you look for inspiration you wouldn't look to Given and add to the fact hes a goalkeeper is another factor against him. Butt/Taylor for me.

Disagree with your last sentence Shido, probably the most physical yes, some players like Gattuso would be awesome if he ever comes to England. Spain/Italy is more techinical, if you look at the last few world cups sometimes keeping posession was probably the main factor in winning matches and for that i'll have to say La Liga has the better quality at the moment.

3 Years is about right tbh assuming he's at his peak this season and then starts to decline 2nd year won't be long before hes off our wage bill and by then he'll be 34 and past his prime.
