  1. How much have I benn drinking tonight? I'm sure that this thread is about Patrick Viera possibly being our next manager. I'll double check tomorrow.

  3. My prediction is that we'll spend upwards of £20mil. The press will be telling everyone that Ashley's put his money where his mouth is, but the money spent will actually be less than what we receive for outgoing players. Personally I think he has left himself in a position where if he doesn't spend big and if there is no mass improvement, then the whole press circle including all the nationals will turn on him. This bloke has never ever came remotely to being even close to answering or even acknowledging anything which has been requested or asked of him and yet in the biggest shock of the year he suddenly appears in front of the cameras (and if anyone says the were not totally shocked when he came on their a liar). Long term (maybe even short term) only a good thing as he either matches what he said (and he said about winning things not finishing 10th so he can't use that old chestnut again) or if he doesn't and he then gets castrated by the world media which we all know he does not enjoy which may well force him to sell up. Well done Fat Mike you have opened up to be shot at now you have emerged from your little rabbit hole and will now be caught in the headlights. £20 million will be laughed at and will lead to relegation next year - you may well be right but lets enjoy him squirm in the spotlight. He was 90 minutes today from losing approx. 60 million in one fell swoop (100 million - parachute payments). Well done to the protestors and AshleyOut.com as you certainly have made a hell of a difference to the extent the fat cunt has had to come out in front of the whole footballing world. I'm more inclined to believe that the national press will have already forgotten what he said and the locals will not dare to rock the boat whether he fails to replace Carver or sells the squad and replaced them with eleven farts trapped in a jar. The only reason we were 'big news' today was so they could peddle the deluded Geordie shite if we went down.
  4. It's true though. Look at that North East club that change their manager at the turn of every season. What are they called again, oh aye Tottenham Hotspur. If we'd given this cunt five years we'd have been in the Northern League by now.
  5. It's never going to happen, but he needs the biggest clear out from Charnley to the alleged coaching staff and replacing with people who are not His mates Former tea boys who have been at the club for decades 'Boyhood fans' with a passion for the club Mates of the ex-manager Basically, hire people with an actual aptitude for the role they are filling.
  6. So it's a war of attrition now for me to ever go back, down to which of us die first.
  7. Hopefully, he hasn't realised that being relegated is probably his best chance of keeping the job full time.
  8. So another result that 'shouldn't have happened' last night. Can't see anything but a Hull victory on Sunday.
  9. Williamson was always going to get picked after his suspension. The only positive we can take out of it is that Taylor may not play as a result. The only way Taylor doesn't start is if Goufran starts in his place. Needs that energy on the pitch.
  10. Well, with Chelsea now officially on holiday and Man Utd likely to play a team comprised of the youth team, mannequins, snowmen and ghosts we need to win. Going down then.
  11. Would normally agree with this, but from what I've saw from QPR, none of them give a fuck. Think we will actually win this, just. 2-1. You could say the same for our lot though. This is the contest of who is the most gutless in fhe league and I'd be inclined to say that by the end of Saturday QPR will have been proven the second most gutless team in the league.
  12. This is the football highlight of the week at the moment. Always worth looking forward to.
  13. Could throw Alnwick in there as well.
  14. Aye, but can't see Nolan crying but swearing a lot and getting in the face of our clowns at the end.
  15. Can see Nolan scoring the goal that puts us down. Not exactly Damien Duff, as I think Nolan would at least be gutted to do it.
  16. Aye. Can see them rolling over.
  17. Worst haiku I've ever seen.
  18. Taylor starts again, woo hoo! If Abeid had pulled off the shit a kick off last week the moron would have crucified him in the media through the week and dropped him from the squad.
