It will take money from the clubs coffers, so to be fair it's bound to have an impact on spending elsewhere. Doubt they'd do it if it meant fucking up the first team though.

Still strikes me more as a club ambassador or a Terry Mac type to have around, but would love that to happen too to be honest.

He does it because apparently he's very good at it, but it's a bonus, we don't fall apart without his pre match huddle. Not really all that concerning to exploit one of his strengths as long as he's here/in the team. Love Colo, but he doesn't strike me as much of an orator tbh.

Stats are so gay and only tell half the story, you are right, I have seen all our games last 3 seasons bar maybe 1 or 2 and I don't give a fuck what stats would tell you we were horrific last season to watch, horrible but effective in first half of finishing 5th season, good counter attacking in second half of that season. So far this season hit and miss, bit inconsistent but a real effort to keep and control the ball in our half, less aimless punts and a move towards counter attacking football. We have not been brilliant but are getting closer to being effective again. Need to sort out playing full pelt for 90 mins mind, only played well in one half most games Your judgement adds nothing new that the stats haven't already told us. Your opinions are redundant. Couple of years ago it was supposed to be us. We were/are more an example of how to improve your squad outside the top 4-6 without opulent outlay, rather than how to bring kids through surely.
