The Official Alan Pardew Excuses Thread

Yes you have. Again. Kindly do one. -
Him and Tiote were the bright spots again.

You have to create things to win a game. We didn't create anything for 90 minutes against the worse team in the league. I agree, I get your point, but we had our best attacking players out there, switching positions, two more strikers coming on, and they created less chances then against any other team so far it seemed. That's not just down to Pardew, they were simply not on their game today (and no, that's not just down to Pardew either). Whose fault is it then? Ultimately? Is he not the one chiefly responsible for what happens on the pitch? If the way they are set out isn't an abortion, then the players have to take some of the responsibility. Did you miss the bit where I wan't him out? So setting out a team that's the only responsibility? The style of play, the organisation, the patterns of play, motivation? Either way, he set us out abysmally after they scored. Sissoko and Gouffran on the wings? Did I say that? No. Sorry mate, I'm just not in the mood to dig down into exact percentages of percieved responsibility right now. Suffice to say, it wasn't all his.

Fucking hell. That's not going to come back and bite the club in the arse at all is it. Idiots.

Actions of someone just off the phone to Ashley?

He was moved to the left. Pardew is an absolute idiot. Ben Arfa is a very talented footballer, but he's no Messi and he's no false-nine ffs. It's embarrassing. He was through the middle, moved to the left, then moved to the right. In every position he showed fuck all today, however talented he can be. Love him, but he is deserving of criticism as much as the rest of them out there today (bar Tiote, Williamson and Debuchy to some extent).

Owes us a big game today.

Dummett was physically much more suited for Suarez/Sturridge though. All they have to do is go long on Altidore, who flicks it onto Fletcher all game long and such a simple gameplan could be brutally effective.. Fucking hell, think you could be right. Brutal. -

http://www.themag.co.uk/the-mag-articles/newcastle-united-penalties-red-cards-and-lee-probert/ To sum up. The ref clearly fancies the arse off Poyet, has a 50/50 chance of giving Sunderland a penalty for no reason, and will send Remy off. God damn it. Not helping myself get an easy sleep tonight. -
Fully expecting Cattermole and/or Bardsley openly attempting to crock him inside 5mins. http://www.collegesocialmagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/scared.jpg

Sounds good to me. Let's see it. I imagine he might get some stick for wishing anything other than a year on year slide into non-league annihilation, but I agree with him about Sunderland too. Getting fucking edgy now after being fairly chilled about our chances tomorrow. Just desperately want to see Hatem have 'one of those games' if he plays up top again.

Delighted to see some absolute shite talked about the player and manager so beautifully shot down. Cheered me up no end.
