So Louis Saha is thought to have had a better month than Obafemi Martins even though he scored 5 less Premiership goals than him in December, on the basis that he was involved in a lot of Man Utd's build ups and has a pass completion rate of over 80%?! Thats what i hate about cup games. I didn't go tonight cos i have been totally skint like, but they're a nightmare when it comes to the crowd compared to league games. Thankfully most of the people who sit around me go to all the cup games so i don't have to sit next to knobheads like that. Watching it tonight though it was embarrassing to see the Berghaus brigade out in force.

I just can't believe people are actually singling any of our players out for the blame. None of them were awful. Take it on the chin and move on. BTW I thought our worst player tonight was Dyer. I'm not blaming him though cos he's clearly unfit. Some of his passing was very wayward and he just didn't really get in the game apart from a couple of runs maybe. The rest of the midfield done ok, and our defence was very good i thought.

We need a left back and a striker in at the very least. We are desperate for a right back, but i'd be happy to keep Nobby there as a stop gap. I doubt we will bring in a centre back until the summer like. We are desperate for players in most areas but the question is which positions are we most critical in.

I've heard him say good things about Bellamy and Gillespie since they left the club. If he started singling out his ex-team mates for praise then he'd be getting moaned at again.
