To say Barton is isnt a good footballer is just stupid. He was one of our best performers last season, and has been for some years one of our most talented footballers in the squad. People are moaning about players not saying what they want etc(see M.Owen), but when players do rant like joey does you want him to keep his mouth shut. I dont know what happend behind the closed doors, but it seems like something has really upset him, Enrique, Ranger, and Nolan(Keegan before). Why cant Mike Ashley just sell our club to some filty rich arabs...

Good now we need a new right winger too... What is going on? Our main players from the last couple of season are all leaving Newcastle now? The players that went down and fought together to get our beloved club were we are today. It is something really really wrong behind the closed doors at St. James Park atm.
-
Isn't it time to close down the twitter account to our players? Atleast till the transfer window closes, this cant be good if any of our potential targets read this shit...

Player ratings anyone ?

Source: http://www.newsnow.co.uk/A/509735609?-11058 I hope we are going for Krul or Forster as our nr 1 goalkeeper tbh.

Sign up Joey Barton ffs. He is 28(29 in sept) and imo he will last another 3-4 good years.

What exactly is bendtners strengths ? Would rather see us going getting some uknown south american striker.

The Malaga owner is also building a new Port in Marbella. We got Mike Ashley, and the rest got wealthy owners :-( http://vayasun.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/Port-Al-Thani-in-Marbella.jpeg

Whenever a player comes back from injury its like a new signing for us. What about when a new one gets injured, is that like selling another player?
-
We should do like Ac Milan and get a Medical Lab to prevent and treat injuries. It will cost a lot of money, but in the long run i think we will save money having one.

This US tour just get better and better....
-
Think we should give them Smith in the 2M deal as well.

I dont know how good he is at FM, but he is one of the best defensive midfielders in Tippeligaen(the norwegian league). He is very strong and is a fantastic header, seems like he reads the game very well also. The norwegian league is crap ATM so its hard to tell if he would make it in the big league.

Can't compare the two windows. The sum we got for Carrol proves how stupid the january prices are. Unlike before we're not willing to pay more than what the players is actually worth. The fact that we ended up empty handed, doesn't mean that we didn't try. If Enrique is sold, I think M'Benge will arrive quickly. What if he is sold last thing on deadline day? Liverpool and Arsenal will be smiling away with their new left backs while we have Neil Taylor, the supposed backup. Arent we still considering Cheikh M’bengue. No idea about the player but he is suppose to be good.

He sounds like a Bellamy kind of player from what your saying here, I hope he has the pace of Bellamy as well. If we sign Long, I still want atleast one more striker. Tbh I don't rate Ameobi or Løvenkrands and Best im still unsure about, he seems to be very injury prone. Think we should keep Ranger and let him go on loan to a championship club.

is Jay Bothroyd still available on free transfer? And how good is he really?
-
If we don't sell him we can give him a fair chance, but then he have to show himself in training and in games of course.

Messi is maybe playing for the best team in the world atm, and I cant see him joining another club either. The big question about Messi is how good/great would he be for a side were he didnt have 10 world class players around him, to give him movement and space. For Argentina he hasnt been able to dominate as much as he has done for Barcelona, thats why I wont put him with the greatest, but i would put him in the greatest team of all time I think.
-
I disagree. Nice to know.
-
Maradona is the greatest for me still, he won the 86 WC almost on his own. If Messi starts performing for Argentina and bring home a WC title like Maradona did, then we can start talking about him. Think my top 3 greatest would be: 1. Maradona 2. Pele 3. Zidane
-
Dont think he is perma-crocked. He has played normally around 30-38 games each season, except this last one. But i think he had a big injury when he joined West Ham. We should def have a look at him, dont think he would take to high wages either.

I easily take Annan on free with a low contract. Would be an ok backup for Tiote. Still think we should sign Thomas Hitzlsperger on free transfer. Then we would have someone who isn't afraid to shoot from long range. He can also play left back. http://cdn.whoscored.com/img/blog/2011%2F7%2Fpremleaguekesspass.png "It’s clear to see how much the absence of Thomas Hitzlsperger affected West Ham’s chances of survival last season. Plagued with a thigh injury for much of the season, the German didn’t make his league debut till late February, going on to play every minute of his 11 appearances in a Hammers shirt. Despite playing for the bottom-of-the-table side, Hitzlsperger made more Key Passes (3.09) per game than any other player in the Premier League. For West Ham, no player made more Passes per game than Hitzlsperger, as he orchestrated matters from the middle of the pitch. His distribution was varied; 2 Crosses and 3 Long Balls per game as he looked to set up chances for his forwards. The German showed little need for Successful Dribbles, instead looking to shoot when he could; his 2 Shots per game were the same as Cesc Fabregas here, as he found the net on 2 occasions." source: http://www.whoscored.com/Blog/n85Z15RtW0-PXaf9yMIG0w/Show/Premier-League-Top-10-Key-Passers-
