Been watching most of the liverpool games this season, carra has been really bad this season. It doesnt seem like Hodgson has the balls to drop Carra, Gerrard or Torres despite beeing out of form. Torres looks in most games that he cant be arsed, unless Gerrard is hitting passes at him. My guess would be that torres is the first one out of the door, with him gone i guess gerrard would follow(its not the first time he would have handed a transfer request). One of their best games this season was the game against Aston Ville were none of them(carra, gerrard or torres) was playing. And I would love it to see the scousers go down to the championship..

Nile Ranger is 19yro and Andy Carroll is 21 yro. Looks like a promising partnership for the years comming.

what about trying Barton in the "Nolan" role behind the striker? Then he can feed carroll with killer passes, he can shoot more often than he usually do, and we still have him for the freekicks.

Havent seen to much of Anderson the two last years,remember a friend of mine who is a man utd supporter rated him 2-3 years ago but now he says he is shite. It might be the right move for Newcastle to bring in Anderson and give him back his confidence. But its up to CH to judge if he needs him.. imo we should look at Annan at Rosenborg as a cover for Tiote, just got voted as the best player in the Norwegian League. He also has one year left of his contract and has also said that he is ready to leave the norwegian league for a bigger one.

He cant be worse than Smith can he? After seeing Smith give away the ball and not trying to win it back again, he should not be allowed to wear the Newcastle United shirt again.. Much rather see Vuckic or some of the other youngsters given a try instead, but that is my opinion.

I hate that we are always thinking that way.. It was also to early for Shola Ameobi until a couple of years ago. We should give him the odd game here and there when he is fit.. If you are good enough the age doesnt matter. He's not good enough yet, that's the point. That Shola point makes absolutely no sense either, no one used to say he wasn't ready a couple of years ago, they said he was s****. If Ranger is getting game time I can't see how Vuckic shouldn't get the odd ten minutes here and there. Vuckic was better than a Ryan Taylor, Routledge and Smith at least against Arsenal and those players are on the bench and around the first team. We should've given Vuckic more game time last season when we were cruising, we were beating teams by 3, 4 and 5 and didn't give any youngsters a chance. Now when we are thin on the ground none of the youngsters have any experience and so Hughton seems nervous to stick them in the team. Villa at the moment must be playing with about 6 players under 20, I don't see why Vuckic couldn't have been given 5-10 mins against Villa (6-0 up) or Sunderland (5-0 up). Vuckic was injured all last season man. There's no room/point in playing players for 10 minutes here and there in matches who need to be learning. Vuckic ideally would be out on loan, but our thin squad dictates that he needs to stay. So what you are saying is that you dont see Vuckic gaining anything from getting mins here and there in this league? Getting mins here and there imo will only give him confidence and experience.

We should get rid of Smith as soon as possible. Now Big Sam is getting money to spend so we might get a few million for him aswell. Also we should put in a cheeky bid for Lassana Diarra... worth a try.

I'm really nervous and excited about this one. It is so typical us to fuck this one up, can easily see Gyan getting his best match of the entire season today if he plays. Can also see Bent making life difficult for our defenders... Think Sunderland will be playing defensive football today and try to counterattack. I really hope with all this attention from the media that Hughton needs to be sacked etc will give the team more fighting spirit and win this. + we need to start winning at home again...

I think Hughton needs to be a bit tougher if we are going to climb the table, so I think its time to drop the nice act and start getting dirty like Ferguson, Wenger and most of the others are. He need to adress the referees having a vendetta against us, do a Wenger and say publicly that players are out to injure our players(look Barton). We need to be cheating cunts, that is whats work in todays games. Nile Ranger should have went down in the penalty box, I think a lot of managers tells there players to do this(i dont like this myself, but this is how many games are won). Hughton also needs to stick to the basic, get the players motivated for the games like we were in the championship and in the start of this Premier League campaign.

The reason you didn't notice him was he only touched the ball on two occasions - and each time he was offside. I know I go on about it, but what's the point of playing him? He's not giving anything to the side. Aye. Enough's enough. Didnt he sign a three year contract last year? I hope i'll never see him in a newcastle shirt again..
