Can anyone get on the official site? I can't, and it looks to me like it has been hacked so fans can't get on and see the official denial from the club. It's an April fool people period! My God some people are so gullible!!! Nothing on the official site yet... Teamtalk says: "Shearer is expected to start work straight away but reports suggest he will not be unveiled to the media until Thursday."

Jonas has had a knock & been a bit flat in some games of late, Oba is getting eased back in. I there may be case for Xisco to start in front of Shola/Big AC but I very much doubt peoples nationality are the reason a player is not getting picked. You say Lovenkrands I guess because he is f***ing a jock bird that makes him a Brit. We have a defence full of foreigns, because they cant change them. Take Enrique, Bassong, and Coloccini out of the team and replace them with who? JFK have constantly going out to the media saying Enrique is shite, and he would replace him if he got a new LB. Maybe i should say: "dont fancy South european/south american players" then, or just some foreign nations he doesnt fancy. The only reason for this imo is that he want ppl with the crazy gang mentality like Smith or Nolan, cant see a spanish player with that mentality tbh. The game when Jonas was put on the bench he was fit to start, and btw JFK and co dont know how to ease players back(look oba's last injury etc). If JFK stay as manager next season i think we will see some foreigners leaving the club, and players like Butt, Smith, Nolan, R. and S. Taylors staying and more of that kind comming in. No more technical players in/to our squad...

Last season Carroll was on loan at Preston North End and managed to get 11 games and scoring only once, why on earth would he be a premiership success when he is strugling in championship? Ameobi got 6 games for stoke in the championship last season scoring 0 goals. Harper is too old? He's young a a keeper, Van der Saar is 38. With that logic we would've gotten rid of Given at the end of next season. Van Der Sar and Given has played first team football for over a decade now, Harper hasnt. You can see that Harper is missing something to his game, he looks a bit slow and to often stands on his line instead of acting like a sweeper to help out the defence(maybe the alonso chip from midfield is still ringing his ears). I rather we gave one of our youngster a shot, I have seen Krul in the game against Palermo and he was up to the task then.

The first thing we must sort out is a manager with potential(not a has been) and he must also agree to follow Ashleys plan/policy. He must be able to choose his own coaching staff, cant see the likes off Hughton, Calderwood, and our physioos (who cant get our players out on the pitch) getting the club back into europe. The players for next season imo is: Goalkeepers: Krul and Forster(Harper is to old) Defenders: Coloccini, Bassong, Enrique, S.Taylor, and Beye Midfielders: Nolan, Barton Guthrie, and Jonas Strikers: Xisco, and Martins I am assuming Owen will leave the club anyway, and he isnt worth the wages he receives anyway. Leaving: Harper(coaching role?), Owen, Cacapa, Duff, Butt, Smith, Geremi, Ameobi, Lovenkrands, Viduka, and Carroll With all these players gone we will have gotten some money + loosing some wages. Some of our youngsters needs to get a shot at first team football next season, to gain experience. Our defence look good, so we need to get some youngsters to cover for our first team players. We need a new right winger and a new striker and some backup players. If its true that Mike Ashley only will put in 10M, and we wil maybe get 10M for those players if we are lucky, then we'll need some bargains more than ever.

He was always shouting, and trying to play the easy ball when he could, and more often than not he hit the newcastle player. Butt has been giving the ball away and made stuipid tackles(many wich led to penalties) for 27 league games now. Smith is a better player than but imho. PS! According to PhysioRoom Nicky Butt is injured with no returndate.

If Llambias and Mike Ashley is going to get any respect, they need to start with appointing a good manager and get some dignity back to this club.

you havent really been watching ameobi the last 5 years have you? Yes I have, but he hasnt been this slow. And if you look at him, it looks like he has gained a few pounds.

What has happend to Ameobi, he has started to get fat and cant run. Get him out, it looks like we're playing with two men less with him on the pitch.

He can't relate to the foreign players that much is obvious, not surprising since he's frrom an age where English clubs were banned from Europe and Wimbledon thrived in a low quality competion. You are so right I think if we got Houllier we wouldn't be happy for long. His transfer record was atrocious, his tactics unbelievably negative and towards the end of his Liverpool rein a lot of reports about losing the dressing room and the supporters were willing to drive him back to France. On the other hand anyone is better than JFK. My vote would be Shearer and i wouldn't complain either if shock appointment of someone like Chris Coleman or Roy Hodgson. Houllier had some great buys too. Sami Hyypia, Dietmar Hammann, Stephane Henchoz, Vladimir Smicer, Markus Babbel, McCallister and loaned Anelka for one season. And his yout policy would fit Mike Ashleys policy, buy young french starlets. He did rebuild a liverpool team that was ageing and going nowhere. Dont remember their tactics really, but they had some great results under him, like the UEFA cup final against Alves were they won 5-4. But according to wiki it was boring and one dimensional, but hey we have been playing some boring footy for some years now, it cant be worse, can it?

Its time to let Kinnear go. It was ok that he came in when nobody wanted to come here, he was good as a temp manager, as soon as he got the deal to become permanent manager it seems like he has lost most of the squad. For me it seems like he is trying to get out most of our foreign players, allways going out talking crap about our foreign players, telling the press how bad Enrique is, how bad he played etc, and the zoggy thingy was just stupid. I am just waiting for him to come out and tell us how bad additude Coloccini, Jonas, Krul etc. Why on earth would Ashley give this guy a new contract? I could understand giving Kinnear an assistant role at a club, but nothing more. For me he is in the same category as Souness, and i dont think the club can survive 2 times souness's in the same decade. Look at liverpool, it took them ages to recover after souness was there. We need a manager with stability, tactics, and a good reputation. Our club name isnt enough to get players to come here anymore, our so cold best supporters in the league/world isnt the best anymore, we are the booo supporters, and cockney mafia out etc. Houllier was out telling he wanted the job before Keegan got it, we should go out ask him if he still wants it. He has good knowledge of french players, it seems like he has a good reputation too, and he did a good job with liverpool. Also the Swansea manager seems to be doing a good job and playing good football. The next manager we sign needs to have a 5 year plan, and be given a chance.

Maybe to many is like him, thats why we have a looooooong injury list? Its ok if all the other strikers were injured, but we had 2 on the bench so it was no need to sacrifice another one. I like the lad for trying, but sometime u have to think about the future and whats best for the team. He did say he was struggling but was basically told tough s***, what else can he do? We have had enough players faking or making the most of injuries, I would prefer if more were like Shola. Lad can't win though.

Shola was shite yesterday, if he wasnt fit and felt the injury he should have said he couldnt play. He could have been worse injured like Barton was. Btw: Xisco is now behind Martins, Owen, Viduka, Ameobi, Carrol and Løvendkrands.

We need central midfielders, if our manager and our scouting system cant see that, they must be blind. Butt isnt capable of anything anymore, he should play with a neutral shirt, and how many penalties has he given away this season? Barton is injury prone and does some stupid stuff now and then. Guthrie is out for 6 weeks. Geremi needs a wheelchear, he has lost his legs. Zoggy wants away and isnt really a central midfielder... Who is left then??

For this club to change we have to change it all. We need to sack Llambias and get a real chairman who knows to handle the press and the club, and lead by excample. - We need a real manager to take over our team, rather have an up an comming manager than a has been(that wasnt anything in the first place). If we can get a manager with a reputation, then we can get better players here. - We need coaches, who are specialist in different positions. They also must work together and have knowledge of the system we are playing. Our academy should adapt to the same formation our first team are playing, so they are suitet our team when they get a shoot at the first team. - Physios, we have the biggest injury list in the premiership so our physios aint doing the job they are paid for. Look at Ac Milan they have the best medical team in football. - Our Scouts are doing an ok job, but we need a bigger scouting network. And we need to separate the first team money and the academy money. - Players we sign must want to play for the club, and not just come here for the money. And we as fans must get behind the team, and trust the system. And not start singing sack the manager or sack the board after one or two bad games.

Kinnear talks to much shite in the media, him and Redknap are the most annoying persons in the media imho
