Is posting a tweet video of the SSN goals allowed? It is a highlights broadcast rather than a stream?

I genuinely think if Ronaldo had played his Barca season in England for a top club, he'd have gotten 40+ goals. The defenders at that time in the PL would have been murdered with his pace, strength and inhuman trickery and with the tendency to play a high line and end-to-end football. Shearer was a bit of a battering ram with probably the best finishing ability I've ever seen in a footballer, from any distance. But I doubt he'd have done as well in that Barcelona team as Ronaldo did. He always performed best when he had someone else for defenders to focus on, either with Sutton, Ferdinand or Bellamy as the best examples. Whereas I think that Ronaldo could have been put in any team, in any era, and would have been absolutely unplayable on his own or even alongside a pure finisher like Romario.

Watch him get a goal and an assist next game and he'll be amazing again

The fact he actually gets in goal scoring positions and allows the team to move up the pitch gives us something we sorely need, whether he finishes them or not is another matter. The issue with not playing Mitro is that the people in his place don't even get the same kind of chances to begin with and we can go for ages without constructing any kind of chance as we just don't seem to have the nous to move the ball up the patch in a considered manner with over/underlapping etc. Our squad just seems to need a target man to function and Mitro from what I've seen him is more than good enough to do this. I don't think he's ever going to be a 20+ goals per season striker, he's the guy that lets the others get the goals just by being there and being a menace. Probably more a 1 in 4 support striker tbh.

IMO, the longer he has with the squad, the less of an issue this will become. He wants all the squad to be able to play together interchangeably with similar effectiveness and cohesity. This will be shown up at its weakest early in his tenure, as fringe players get used more than they did before, and 'first teamers' rotated more. Everyone's on edge as it will be a big change, especially for our squad.

Heard that, I think he needs to be playing in a slower paced league tbh, ironically back to Spain I think he'd flourish.

Thing is, he'll probably make 3-4 changes and each one will have a point to prove, so no chance. Mbemba and Gayle weren't even playing. Nor Diame. We could literally pick any XI in their real positions and still be stronger than any other team. Best chance of a domestic cup in living memory, despite the fact we're a league down.

I don't know if I'm more shocked by 6 goals scored, or yet another clean sheet. Both feel so un-Newcastle-like, especially in recent times.
