With what has transpired so far, especially on Monday, I wonder what Cathro makes of all this. Defensive tactics, afraid to attack, scared to play Perez, De Jong, Aarons, etc. Surely as a well-regarded, young, up and coming coach who honed his skills in Valencia at the top level in Spain, he would have a different approach? Question is, how much is he listened to, or how long until Steve is moved upstairs and we finally have an exciting young manager in charge, if and when they choose to give him the reins?

The fact that he wasn't taken off yesterday even after being on a yellow card and, as usual, utterly dogshit, doesn't look good for McLaren. Yesterday was Pardewesque on so many levels.
