It was great listening to him last night, we really have appointed the best manager that we possibly could have. To be fair to him, we had no right to have expected him to stay beyond last season but he did. He's here for as long as he wants as far as I'm concerned. Every time he talked about what he was doing he mentioned that he was analysing something, no matter how small or trivial it was that he was talking about. He leaves nothing to chance and it comes across that he loves every minute of his job and football in general. We really couldn't have appointed anybody better for the job and he seems to love being here as much as we love having him. No player could possibly fail to be impressed by him.

10 and we'll do it fairly easily.

I'm sure we'll get the money at the end of the season if we do go back up so at least the first season will be tough if we buy players now who are not good enough to step up. That's one of the reasons I'm against selling all of our better players now and replacing them with more but lesser players if that's what we end up doing.

They finished 11th in the Belgian league last season, they'd probably be a mid-table Championship side. I'll be delighted if we're beating mid-table teams 4-0 away from home during the coming season.

Krul for Sels and Anita for Janmaat and I'd agree, that is easily enough to get out if the division at a canter.

Our forwards are good enough, I'm still concerned about our central midfield. If Tiote stays we'll have a ball winner but we'll need somebody who can open up teams, hopefully we can bring in a creative midfielder with a bit of pace who can run at defenders and pick out a pass.

I think Rafa is a game changer for us. I think most people wanted rid of Ashley because of the way that he was allowing the club to be run . Rafa coming in has turned that around massively and people can now go back knowing that we'll at least try to be the best that we can be. Some of the things we try to do might not work, at least we're trying.
