I'll be happy never to see Burn at LB ever again. Cost us the game today
-
Tino needs to be on for Miley who seems a little off the pace. Burn is just getting rinsed. Longstaff is s just so easily knocked off the ball
-
Longstaffs sister could have scored from that chance he had and put us 4.0 up
-
Lucky we have Longstaffs clinical finishing
-
Wants the same money as Bruno.
-
Love to see Gerrard go there and do what Dagleish did to us
-
If all of these rumours are true we'll have to bring in sub contractors to put the cones out
-
He's done great job for us but if the rumours are true about his private life then the move could be good for him. I can't see the club blocking the move after all he's done here if that's what he wants and it's financially viable.

Klopp said that for Liverpool if plan A doesn't work it means they have to work harder to get it right, there is no plan B

Johnson really offers nothing

Can't see Pope getting his place back -
Is Ben White really just a mannequin or does he wear a plastic face mask? Just asking. Incidentally I have always thought that Sako was overrated

Another exhibition on how not to shoot.

Can't see our owners throwing money into our club just for the sake of. They are here to make a profit or take over a chunk of the PL or both
-
Trent Alexander Arnold has become one of the most arrogant players out there. Obviously undergoing intensive training from Klopp
-
Very impressed with this lad but can't get over the way he runs. When he's looking to get back to defend he just runs with those long strides but never seem to see him sprinting or bursting a gut to get back
-
Much better performance and showed a lot of fight. Unfortunately Longstaff is jut too weak at this level.

He deserves praise for that performance, stopped it from being 7 or 8 -
A draw would be a good solid start to the year. A win and we will be back in Europe
-
He was terrific for Leeds and also England during that period. If he's used as a holding midfielder he doesn't need to be Usain Bolt. One thing's for sure, he's quicker and stronger than Longstaff
-
He's never reached the standard he achieved under Rafa when Man U supposedly wanted him. To me he now offers very little. He can run but not very fast, can't tackle, can't shoot, can't head the ball and not the greatest passer either.

Watching Miley yesterday I just wonder if he could develope into a number 10. His ability to spot a pass in tight situations is uncanny. He needs to bulk up a bit which will also come naturally over the next 2/3 years. Improve his pace over 20 yards and who knows. I just don't see his defensive side coming naturally to him.

Trippier is great when playing the high press with him spending most of time attacking. This last few games he has been turned inside out by pacey wingers. When we had ASM the opposition used to double up on him but we never do that. To play one on one against the likes of Son is very risky unless you are very very good.

I don't know that getting into the Europa league is any big advantage apart from maybe prestige. I remember from when we qualified in the Pardew era that Ashley said that you needed to get to the semi final just to break even. The only big rewards are in the Champions League
