Do we own the current training ground? And if so can we sell it to ourselves?
-
Wissa definitely was, he was the number 1 pick to replace Wilson.
-
I couldn't work out if he got lucky and it hit the right part of his heel or it was a great reaction to the deflection! Either way there is no way you look at it and say he's done something wrong, it's a good save
-
Partly why the suggestion of giving some pitch time on the wing where he played really well for Brentford and has a little less pressure. There's just something about the way he plays up top that I can't put my finger on but just doesn't feel right for a number 9 in our formation. If I had to choose between Wissa and Wolt to take a punt on and built the teal around it's the big German even though they've both got flaws. He will score a few goals, but they will be opportunistic ones in and around the 6 yard box and not where he's a focus of a play

I'm not sure it is. I just don't see him as our number 9. Maybe a few games on the right if Murphy is injured will do him the world of good in finding his feet

Newcastle United 0-2 Manchester City [LCSF 1st Leg] (13/01/25)

He won't but Howe needs to field a joke team second leg. You just know that we'll go with a strong team, get passed off the park and Bruno goes off injured -

He is offside based on position but it's stupid if it's disallowed for this -
Wouldn't risk it, only got a B

JD make around 48% gross margin so you can use that as a benchmark on the basis that we buy from Adidas to sell on. Our contract will likely vary from that a little, for a range like this it could be higher if we have a lower one on the main kit ramges

A little bit of time travel here, didn't we train at WH in the late 90s and considered developing it before moving to DP. I did my A Level geography coursework on the potential environmental impact, obviously recommended it was built on

Just seem his lass on IG posting on the weekends game. No wonder he has a bad back
-
Totally agree that there should be a time limit but isn't the difference here that technically the game isn't dead when it's in the keepers hands but when it's a throw in the clock should have been stopped?
-
Love him when he engages Duracell Bunny mode at the end of games
-
I get we need this now, but he's going to be making people take back their judgements next season
-
That's why I'd like to see a move to a 3-5-1-1 over time as an alternative rather than the 5-4-1 that we use Do however have to consider that Tonali or Big Joe could be off in the summer which gives the opportunity to switch it up

Have the holders ever lost in the 3rd round before?
-
Injuries, ankle specifically

Would rather overpay on salary to keep Tino and Hall. Put aside it being flavour of the month, the sensible move is to move Gordon on and use the fee to lift salaries appropriately in the squad. Picking on Gordon as (a) there's a good fee, (b) his book value will be relatively low, (c) we have a first team left winger in the squad and we always seem to be able to spot a winger to bring in

Maybe not for a prolonged run of games but he seemed pretty involved (even excluding the goal) right up to 110 mins of you include first half stoppage time on weds

The only slight get out Kenny has is that he lost Shearer and Les in the same weekend. That's 40-50 goals gone and a need to play JDT in a totally unsuitable role. The signings etc to deal with that were terrible, no getting away from that but it was a shitty card to be dealt and imo puts him as the best of the worst -
And that finish in the 102nd minute was something else

I can't look beyond KK as number 1. SBR repaired a lot of damaged and restored our reputation, allowing for us to once again spar with the best. If only he had come in post Keegan or had opened up the pathway to have Jose replace him. Howe has worked wonders in rebuilding from Ashley's mess and of course has established us as a force again with a trophey, however if we had gone down that season we had the backing to quickly recover. Which leads on to.. Keegan saved the club and that's not hyperbole, we go down and it's likely that it's game over. He then built the club to be on par with the best on the country, and one of the best in Europe. Without him the rest of the discussion is irrelevant. Then add in the vocal calling out of Ashley and his continued love for the club. The intangibles put him (imo) clear of a trophy but if Howe gets longevity he will end up running him close
