I can't look beyond KK as number 1. SBR repaired a lot of damaged and restored our reputation, allowing for us to once again spar with the best. If only he had come in post Keegan or had opened up the pathway to have Jose replace him. Howe has worked wonders in rebuilding from Ashley's mess and of course has established us as a force again with a trophey, however if we had gone down that season we had the backing to quickly recover. Which leads on to.. Keegan saved the club and that's not hyperbole, we go down and it's likely that it's game over.
