Financial Fair Play / Profit & Sustainability

I suppose you could have Ineos pump millions into Man U and reduce their tax position, as long as Man U post taxable losses then its a win for Brexit Jim. The issue they have compared to others is that whilst Ratcliffe is part owner of Man U, its not done through Ineos directly so the ability to throw money into the club from his money generating engine is restricted -
Obv it’s the coaches who ‘ref’ at u6 and u7 but we had a lad in the u6s on Saturday take a real swipe at another kid, he was taken off immediately but we had the 2 dads, both meat heads going right at it rather than let the coaches sort it out. Just a lack of control and respect even at that level. the u7s dads have also pushed a bullshit rivalry with another team from when they were kids onto the kids. Totally a one sided rivalry but it’s leading kids getting teased at school and a real horrible atmosphere when the boys play each other. no surprise that the kids grow up with an attitude of thinking they can do and say what they like

Still feels odd that Dwight Gayle and Bruno were on the same NUFC team, feel like different eras
-
Lets assume they ref 15 games and VAR 15 games, that would net them around £70k. Perhaps a little more

Weren't there rumours around her and Big Al at one point? that would make an interesting Saturday evening

David is a good shout, a secondary source of goals could be the difference of champs league or no Europe so worth the £15m. would rather look at getting Gomes tied up for the summer of we’re looking that way.

We should change it to a best of 3 rock, paper, scissors

Both keepers wearing 22? Must be a very rare occurrence

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cx2dg50j9jlo Not the best summary of Shearers time as manager there, timelines all wrong. also in a piece on legends becoming managers completely neglecting Keegan

Omishen (assuming he didn't play for Napoli before going on loan). Probably the only shot we'd have at getting him

Didn't he get a small knock/tweak just before the league game v Chelsea? On te bench as a last resort, although that's not very Howe in approach I concede -
Unforced errors, players missing passes and shots that they would normally bury in their sleep, being caught out of position. There are too many examples and too many players guilty of this for it not to be in part linked to the tactics. We're talking the finest of margins in many cases and players not being comfortable with the shape and tactics will lead to these margins falling the wrong side. It's one of the reasons for the new manager bounce, they tend to come in and bring it back to being really basic. I genuinely want to be wrong on this, but there are just too many things hinting towards Howe having peaked with us.

I know its an old forum joke with defenders playing in midfield but I wouldn't mind seeing Tonali and Hall as a double pivot. We need one of Trippier or Targett back before trying it mind

nah his role in life now is to always be ready just in case. i want JR sleeping in full kit wanker mode, including gloves ready for the day the smoke signals are raised -
Rock and hard place for Eddie and the board come January. Spend big to support Howe and if it doesn't come off then we've got a squad not fit for many managers style of play Don't back him and keep the money for the summer, may as well sack Howe now and give a replacement the second half of the year to work things out Spend on club targets (i.e. Mitchell), you're hanging Eddie out to dry for the second half of the season.

I've no idea, it may well be the formation rather than the overall style. I'm sure we could still be direct and pressing as the primary focus with a number 10, and wither as the main man or the 10 maybe Isak would thrive. Or maybe the answer is a fit Wilson type player

Or Osula's Nigerian heritage. Double bubble for Jose, We're going to win the league man!
