A construction company would make sense with the Reubens as well. Possible hint to where development money for the city is going to come from?

Forest have Southampton next so that leaves Leeds and Everton needing at least 4 points to catch them with GD. Could see them getting a point against Chelsea perhaps as well. Leicester need something from Fulham really to give them a chance with a win at home to West Ham on the last day. It could happen...

2nd one was a tap in tbf

Forget player etc of the season, the main award is the top knee slider in the squad love Miggys transformation from excited slide to the im the boss slide, and 9ft 5 Burn knee sliding was fun. bit for me Little Joe has the slide nailed and picks up this particular award. any other left field awards to hand out?

Gillespie definitely. I had the 95-96 home in long sleeve. Was going to get 7 Lee on the back but the club shop started an any name and number for a fiver so I got my moneys worth! seem to remember Ginola liked a long sleeve, especially in the away kit

1 more to match Ba from 2011/12. then it’s only Shearer, Sir Les and Cole who have a better goal scoring season for us on the PL. Assuming he gets 2 more then it’s 19 years since we had a higher top scorer

On a national level McCoist is genuine class on co-comms

Under Bobby I thought we had more chance of winning the Champions League than the Premier League, of course a Portuguese ref and winger put paid to that. With this team it also wouldn't surprise me if we go closer to winning the Champions League than the Premier League next season

Was hoping that we could have relegated Southampton on Sunday but the worst they can be is 9 points adrift with 12 to play for. Pickford may have to go abroad, I think Spurs will buy from abroad and there is no one else that will be in for him. Brentford maybe? he’s basically Everton’s only saleable asset and there will be a lack of clubs interested so no bidding wars. Everton v Wrexham in 2024-2025 please

Meh, Ben Arfa would have finished that dribble off with a thunderbastard into the top corner from 5 yards. back to the training ground Alex

Unless we think Kuol is ready to be a first team squad player next season we need a younger striker. Wilson as the wily senior statesman, Isak as the main man and a final option that we see as a good squad option but with a high growth ceiling. Pedro is the man -
Big Joe, Little Joe, Cowboy Sean should be more than enough for Everton's midfield. We'd miss his playmaking but the midfield wouldn't be overrun. Miggy and Murphy giving directness out wide. I'd rather sprint to 3/4 more wins then give him the last 3 weeks off, this game is likely to be the most physical so if he isn't 100%...

Bang 4 wins in quickly then send him off. No point in playing him as soon as 4th is secure. I'm going on a limb here - none of Brighton, Liverpool, Man U or Spurs will pick up 3 points tonight/tomorrow. We could put this to bed after the Arsenal game -

Even more bizarre with Howe is how the press are desperate for an English manager to be at the top -
It’s nuts that you can say that, exclude Bruno, Pope and our joint top scorers and be making a valid point. if ever there was a season for a collective award it would be this one and I bet we only get 1 max in the team of the seasons, either writers or players

Leicester at home will be fun. a repeat of the keegan promotion party please

Ritchie and Lascelles come out of this season with a ton of credit for how they’ve transitioned into a supporting role. Ritchie I reckon stays and starts on the coaching badges, Lascelles gets a move to a bottom half premier league team. I’d say Wolves if he was Portuguese

Still only 26, we’ve got 5 years plus of him still to come.
