When you remove any loyalty bonuses and look at what we had to pay the RS as a sell on plus the UEFA fee then we're coming out cash wise not far off what we would have at a £140m sale with the loyalty bonuses to be paid. Were up closer to £30m than £20m by taking the deal from £110m (first bid) and closer to £20m than £10m by taking the deal from £120m (rumoured initial discussion)

They do the same thing though. PSR profit booked on one year but that is used to reduce losses over 3 years. SCR takes profit over three years to balance out increase revenue over the se period. In both cases you get a 3 year benefit from the sale

You've missed that we're also saving on isaks amortisation and wages if he's not here, so JSL/Wissa take that on over 3 years, giving us another £15m a year in headroom
