Harper would have been any tournament between 2000 and 2010 really. And no he wouldn't have seen any minutes as I don't think any keeper got injured on those tournaments and that is the point of the 3rd choice keeper. The concept of a specialist 3rd keeper lives on imo

Lever to be pulled only of needed on game, but the life of a reserve keeper, being ready for action at any time but knowing that time is rare, is totally different to a number 1.
