Coloccini the only centre back (and even that is pushing it) against a Pulis team. Imagine if the mackems win at Everton in the early kick off? Could be a very grim Saturday indeed.

Christ. Please tell me it's not a midfield 4 of Jonas, Colback, Taylor & Sissoko

I noticed a quote on the wall in my local gym, I hadn't noticed it until today but it says: "Winning isn't everything - but wanting to win is" Thought it was very apt for the current state.

Armstrong for Riviere
-
de Jong for Cabella

Following the pattern of this game last season exactly, almost to the minute. We all know how that ended
-
Just think how excited Lascelles is, in about 2 weeks he'll be on our bench as backup to Williamson
-
A decent manager wouldn't have played Ryan Taylor in central midfield for 90 seconds let alone 90 minutes
-
Had to laugh that he altered a winning team by taking out the left back and putting a midfielder in there. He just can't help himself.

Listen, things have been tough so I've had to make some big decisions and drop the under performing players. Rivière hasn't got a league goal all season but I think playing him up top on his own with our best forward on the wing will galvanise us. I think you'll agree starting Obertan is what the fans want to see, and I should know cos I'm a Geordie too.

This is going to be fucking shit. Drippy grey kit, Williamson hoofing to Perez, plenty of Gouffran. Shite.

Passed 550 followers tonight - just wanted to say thanks again for the support when I started this up, really helped get it off the ground. I've written all kinds of shite down the years that never got read and that is pretty soul destroying, so this means a lot to me

QPR win today makes it interesting
-
I forgot he was playing, which isn't unusual but his input from an attacking point of view was pretty much zero. Having said that, why the fuck he was playing centre midfield in the first place is anybody's guess.
-
I think it's an inevitable football irony that Pardew will beat them at the first attempt with Palace. All their pace on the break against that defence might make it interesting
-
Neither Obertan or Riviere were even warming up as subs today, wonder what's gone on there. Jonas and the three kids were out pretty much all the first half, although it just led to annoyance as the guy behind me kept calling Kemen Aarons

Mint today, wish he had more competent colleagues

The Haidara case is standard us like, you're right. 1. Carried off on a stretcher, everybody fears the worst 2. Club announces it's not so bad, he'll be fine for Wednesday. 3. FLUID FOUND ON KNEE. Misses Wednesday. 4. Ponder how he got fluid in his knee. Prod it with spoons. 5. Prolonged absence

Played 20 minutes or so at Villa. An hour at Gillingham, probably 70ish at home to Palace. Grim.

Christ just realised these are on TV Saturday, sure Sky predict these things

Is it the Yak alarm?

Read something about him having stitches or something. Which is incredible if true, when you think it took them 20 minutes to stitch him up. Steven Taylor was knocked out and stitched back up in about 5 minutes

A dick to manage the cunts. lerl
