The badges don't look right with the crest above the Puma logo for me. I think because whenever we've had central badges it's been manufacturer above crest and that's just what feels 'right'.

Not to get all pearl-clutchy but I do find it a bit shit they've gone straight for green and white in the first season of Saudi ownership. Would've thought they'd give it a season or two to let a bit more of the furuore die down. Like the look of both of them aside from the 'NUFC' and '130 YEARS' on the back which seem out of place but I suppose may blend in better once a name and number is on there, and the home shirt collar/sleeve trim just looks odd. Feels like it could've done with inversing the black and white and/or a thicker black stripe. Considering kits traditionally grow on you as the season starts and you see them in person it bodes well that those are my only gripes.

If it's only players you've seen live then for me I guess it's; Given Trippier, Coloccini, Woodgate, Bernard Ben Arfa, Tiote, Cabaye, Robert Shearer, Ba Thank God I managed to persuade my dad to take me to one match back in 2003 that made this squad a whole lot stronger than it otherwise would've been. Feels like a stretch adding Trippier in right now but if one match in 2003 counts, so does one match in 2022. Bruno in for Tiote once I see that beautiful man in the flesh.
