I think it's pretty clear that he relies heavily on our good players to gloss over his tactical inability and he simply hasn't got a clue about how to coach a football team effectively and create something more than the sum of its parts. (see someone like Martinez who does it superbly) Needs to go at some point, either now or in the summer. We might scrape clear of relegation but he isn't the answer long term and I'll be disgusted if he's in charge next season.

Watching us makes me want to smash things. For all that's bad when we're on the ball, we're SO unorganised when we've just lost possession, our players have no idea what to do or where to position themselves to counter the threat of the opposition breaking when our attack breaks down or a set piece gets cleared. This was highlighted the most tonight when whenever they lumped it clear, they picked the ball up EVERY. SINGLE. FUCKING. TIME. I'm actually starting to develop a tick over it. I don't care how many injuries we have, Pardew seemingly cannot organise them into a certain shape or cohesive unit, which means every time we lose possession, we never win it back again until deep into our own half after the opposition have fucking waltzed up to our defensive third. He is solely responsible for that and we're hemorrhaging goals and points because of it. The ref was fucking shit as well.

I honestly couldn't give a fuck how good he is off the ball, he gives it away every other time he receives the fucking thing and his awareness and tracking of midfield runners is awful. Anita/Bigi/Marv for Everton.

Wenger was asked about Walcott at a press conference a few days back. Gave three one word answers to three consecutive questions on the subject by a hack who then threw in the towel. Pardew views every question as an opportunity to show off how sophisticated/clever/hard he thinks he is.

Has there been any indication to how bad it is? Be gutted if he's out for a while just as he's coming into his own.
