I remember when the reserve team was the main vehicle to bring medium / long term injured players back to full fitness. Players wouldn't even be considered for first team action til they'd put a solid 90 minutes in for the reserves. It seems now you're - injured - back in full training - playing (- invariably out injured again soon after, sometimes!) How come squad players aren't regularly dropped to get 90 minutes under their belt?

Why should we give them kudos for effectively upping prices for twelve months? They aren't doing this for us, they're doing this for them. They need bums on seats. I'd be appalled if there was ever a £19 season ticket at SJP. Why the fuck would anyone sell a seat for a season for less than it would cost to fill for 1 game v Mackems for example. FFS, Sky and Setanta all have 3 channels that broadcast sports, why not broadcast different games at 3pm all on different stations. I hate Setanta but at least they show games at 3pm. No they don't. No 3pm games on a saturday have ever been shown live. Not true. Setanta Ireland gets a 3pm Saturday game every week. Obviously this is only for ROI customers.
