Woke up 4 am to watch this heap of shit performance. Good point by the way Ronaldo. Nolan offered nothing against them, and that might affect Tiotes performance. Not even his excellent "captain skills" were there today to push the team on. One example of how bad we played (or our tactics were) were after a counter attack by Blackpool. We regained possession with 10 men well inside our own half, and instead of keeping possession and moving the whole team forward, the ball is lumped up to Ameobi who were 1 against 5-6 Blackpool players. Needless to say Ameobi lost the ball, and a new wave of attack from Blackpool came, with us defending with 10 men behind the ball.

Was this his worst game for us this season? Seemed like he misplaced a lot of passes, lost the ball often, lost many headers and tackles as well.

In what respect? As I did say, I haven't seen much of Gameiro, but it doesn't look like has has any stand out qualities. Hes good at being in the right place at the right time, and has a decent scoring record, just as Guivarc'h.

I'm not really familiar with Gameiro, but he sure does sound a lot like the new Guivarc'h.

Don't think hes at the level of Cole, Baines and Evra, but he sure is the closest thing to them in this league, and younger.

Some odd clubs that are represented on the Norwegian Supporter Union for British Football: Aldershot Town FC Billericay Town Cheltenham Exeter City Macclesfield Town Rochdale Torquay United Woking Rushden & Diamonds These are official supporter clubs, that run websites and attend supporter cups etc. There are probably several other unofficial ones for more obscure teams than those listed. Seeing as it's calculated on percentage of population, I can see how Norway topped the list. Edit: 0.0012% of the Norwegian population are Wokin supporters, 0.79% Liverpool, 0.96% Man Utd, while (paying)Newcastle supporters represent 0.0055%. Still early days for the new Newcastle supporter club though.

For English football it is probably true. Even most lower league team has a supporter club in Norway. Think it's even more popular than the domestic league.

Here's another stat. Since and including Keegan was here the first time, Pardew has the 4th worst win percentage out of 12 managers. His record is worse than Allardyce, Roeder, Souness, Dalglish, Bobby, Keegan the first time, Hughton and Gullit. He beats Shearer, Keegan the 2nd time and Kinnear. The stats does, however, not include squad quality and level of opposition. Im not really into this discussion, as I'd rather wait until the summer and see what happens, but thought I'd just point it out.
