Are Bournemouth the league above academy wise?

Are some of those charges not contingent on the more contentious charges being proved as they relate to falsely inflating their revenue/reducing their losses

Almost certainly bullshit but he’d be amazing for us

Did Sunderland allow us to do a photoshoot there too -
Urgh. Going to be a lot of bad faith links to us now.

Newcastle United 2-3 Manchester City (13/01/23)

I think the defenders were fine and I don’t think you make a sub there unless you have to. It was the lack of an outlet once the players further up were knackered. He brought on Hall, the only player there with some legs. If we bring Parkinson, Ritchie etc and we lose, Howe gets pelters. Damned if he does damned if he doesn’t. -

Valiant effort, but lack of any forward options off the bench has killed us, we defend as a team and when the forwards have ran themselves into the ground there’s no where to turn. Think the total cost of our bench tonight was a whatever we paid for Matt Ritchie, Lascelles and Kraft? -
yeah I think the clubs main worry is teams leveraging our injury situation to try and extract a FFP damaging loan fee as we’ve already seen with the talk of a 7m odd loan fee for Phillips.

I’ve been against it but get those Saudi loans in immediately

Looks like Dier to Bayern is happening

Trippier moved back from Spain as his family struggled to settle, I can’t see him moving to Saudi.

Howay then Magpie…what is it?

Hope he stays. Feels like classic Man United of the past 15 years, public pursuit of someone who doesn’t really want to leave followed by paying way more than needed to avoid losing face. Hopefully Dan and the club stand firm, it probably suits him better to be able to build from the ground up like he can here. I could be proven massively wrong but these feted CEOs never seem to thrive in the football space - unless they come from the industry in the first place (Brighton/Brentford). Chelsea probably an exception but Abramovich was coming into a less competitive league and had no FFP etc. As Everton have shown you can have a very rich owner, literally appoint Ancelotti and have it all fall to pieces. If it’s a vanity project for one person, no matter how well intentioned it rarerly ends well.

As others have said it wasn’t ideal, esp how long we were penned in at the end. But it had the potential to be an absolute shitshow and it definitely wasn’t. Club bore the costs and it was pretty mint to get such an allocation at an away derby game. I wouldn’t like it to be the norm but could understand it for this game.

Shocked at Man U getting another lower league side. Well not that shocked. -
I think it was just the quite unique situation given the massive allocation and the bother that happened the last time we played each other.
-
Yeah it felt a bit sedate given the occasion and compared to other away games I’ve been to over the years.

Maidenhead at home please -
extended highlights with Razor and Ando, you are welcome!

Yeah it felt after 2-0 they were just trying to score brownie points with the fans by body checking him. Everyone in the away end saw the pen coming about 10 seconds before it did
