Everton would be right down there without Lukaku, like.
-
Well that goes without saying. But if we go down we never will see his best. No way he'll play Championship football - he'll be wetting the bed every other night up against those defenders.
-
His best hasnt happened yet as most players dont usually peak at 21.. Im guessing you have not heard of Youri Tielemans who is sought after by most of Europes top clubs, Dennis Praet another who will move on to a top club. The same shitty league produced Vincent Kompany and Romalu Lukaku who both played for Anderlecht. Stupid hour again, and again, and again......
-
The problem is, his 'best' happened in a league in which plenty of strikers not fit for PL football score goals. Like Mbemba he's got lots of potential but the money spent on him should've been invested in a known quantity given both the importance and reliance on improving those areas of the team.
-
Doesn't matter, does it? He'll still score regardless.
-
Definitely how I'd sum up our experience with them in'04.
-
Chopping and changing like your wording, no doubt.
-
Swansea safe then.

Anyone who reckoned Luuk de Jong couldn't finish when he was at NUFC should look at his FCT and PSV videos. Do Anderlecht play in the EPL? He did score against Arsenal for Anderlecht in the Champions League.. Shola scored against Barcelona in the Champions League. You can't use one goal to support any point of view, really.
-
Really don't want him to get sacked. He'll use the Cup run as the excuse (plus injuries) and play the victim card. "I fort I did well with Palace, we wos in Wemblaay, we 'ad injarays, we had a small run of defeats but we wos turning da corner and some people antonizing me you know wot I mean, I don't play no victim so I said dats dat". This is terrible, mind. Doesn't sound anything like that.

We should've got rid of McClaren in November.
-
We still have the 'easiest' run in out of the three teams. If we don't get the points we need ourselves, we deserve to go down. Regardless of what happens from here we absolutely deserve to go down. Years of refusing to pay PL prices of wages for the sake of short term profit and tolerating, even embracing, failure across the board leads to that. I don't think wages is the issue, spurs have a similar wage structure. Just a ridiculous transfer strategy and awful management. Spurs pay their managing director 100K a year do they? Look to recruit managers like McClaren in the 700k bracket? Give over, Neesy.

Exactly, stupid thing to post.

The moment that formation went up vs. Everton on Sky is an image that still haunts the darkest verandas of my dreams. Cisse scored early on as well didn't he? That was the game after Ba left.

You'd have to be pretty daft to have wanted rid of Cisse at the start of the season, like. He got 1 in 2 last season with the shittest service known to man. Effectively keeping us in the league, again.
-
In a past life? This should be getting some love.
-
Once again we need his goals to save us.
-
Cisse has more aptitude in his penis.

You should chin him Ron, show him what a real man is. Punch his nose right off his immigrant face back to Belgrade. Come off it, man. He's just not up to it.
