Any that disregards the goalkeeper, the defence, the midfield and aspects of the attack. We're quality apart from that.

Why do you keep posting this crap as if completely unaware of what just happened in the game to cause that result. Your reasoning is extending about as far as "yer but theyre rubbish tho". Its been explained enough man. Cause that result. Thick.
-
Of course there were. Again we failed to take advantage of possession against an incredibly poor side and defended like cunts. I can't wait for next week. Can't wait.
-
You been sniffing glue today, Kets? Honestly, we've just lost 3-0 to the worst side in the league (again) and people want to take positives and spread optimism. I can't decide whether you're in complete denial or just completely fucking dumb.
-
The don't explain it per se. But a bad refereeing call doesn't entirely break the chain of causation when virtually any other PL defender deals with that situation with ease.
-
How about the fact you don't get points for keeping the ball, then? Or that we have the worst defence in the league and haven't scored in half our games? The writing's on the wall. Without investment we're down and out.
-
We're 19th after 10 games and have our only decent GK out for the season. That should answer your question.
-
You don't think that wrongly being down to 10 men and a goal down is a legitimate excuse? As shit as Sunderland are, that's a substantial handicap. Even then, we were still playing all the football until they grabbed a fluky second. We went onto the field with a substantial handicap. It's called non-investment and failure to address the real issues facing the squad in favour of prioritising short-term profit.

yet people claiming the key moment in todays game- has nothing to do with the way the club is run. Exactly. It's fucking madness. Coloccini's spent the last couple of seasons (at least) looking ludicrously vulnerable against even the poorest of strikers. Something like this is always on the verge of happening with him such are his physical deficiencies
-
Eh? We completely dominated the game with 11 men and could easily have been 2 or 3 up. But we weren't 2 or 3 up. man. Please stop being a tool.

Canny ridiculous to say it denied us a win seeing as we didn't score a goal. One of the 3-0s at home, all the excuses were about Cisse being ruled offside for a goal. Does no other team get a bad decision against sunderland, seeing as it's only us that they absolutely thrash consistently? Sick of hearing the excuses. Precisely. It wasn't one bad decision, it was a succession culminating with Cattermole somehow not getting booked and us with 10 men. We were the better team until the fluke 2nd goal and then it fell apart, pull yourselves together ffs. Mojo, me and you get on and I think you're a smashing lad but this is one of those occasions me and you often arrive at where it's obvious we're gonna take opposing views. I believe in football you make your own luck and if you're going to lace your team with inexperience, defensive incompetence, no leadership and no proven goalscorer you're asking to be utterly bitten in the arse with decisions from time to time.

Come on, mate. We didn't come close to scoring against one of the worst defences in the league and once again our hideous central defence was exposed for what it is. We're concede for fun and struggle to break teams down. We're heading for the Championship without significant investment in January. Mitrovic and Wijnaldum have both come very close to scoring. We've been the better team by miles. It means fuck all when you don't score and constantly gift goals, man. We're 19th for a very good reason. It's still utter bollocks saying we didn't come close to scoring today. I was responding to Ash's post (which I quoted, to be fair) which makes reference to us dominating until the sending off. I don't remember a clear cut chance for us in that period. Colback's shot was a clear cut chance IMO, should have done better there. Wijnaldum's free kick as well. Tonnes of respect for you as a poster, man, but you're clutching at straws big time.
-
Batter them in the first half. We couldn't score or come close against one of the worst defences in English football.

I'm sorry… but how doesn't it? A red card is a game changing decision. Hughesy: Blaming Mike Williamson (and others) for Coloccini being utterly shit since 2013. Ron: excusing shit refereeing decisions when it suits his insane opinions since 2012 (at least) The referee made a poor decision to send him off. The referee isn't to blame for the fact that our captain and senior defender consistently struggles with the likes of Steven Fletcher and Troy Deeney.
-
Anyone defending him might want to watch all 22 goals we've conceded this season and tell me which of them aren't at least partially related to him being slow of foot, slow of brain or just plain cowardly. We deserve to go down for not replacing him.

I really hope Sam Allardyce increases his salt intake.
-
Ref killed him. Feel somehow really bad for him. He started Cheick Tiote despite even the biggest thickets on here knowing it was stupid and called Coloccini a better signing than the likes of Wjinaldum and Mitrovic instead of booting his arse out the door. Deserves not one hint of sympathy.

We drew 0-0 with Man U and only lost 1-0 to Arsenal. They're the type of results that keep you in this league yaknow.

We're pathetic. Don't kid yourselves, we deserve everything we get for not addressing the squad problems obvious to even the thickest neutrals in the land.

But banned, so effectively his best performance of the season.
