  1. All 3 are nice places with very mild to non-existent winters. Spirits remain high.
  2. Bit thick you, aren't you? I think you should combine a quick look through the last couple of pages of the thread with a trip to Google and the word 'bias'. Plenty of posts go further than praising his performance yesterday. There's no mileage in the lad, never has been. Only a matter of time before him and his brain of mush let us down or the next muscle/tendon/ligament explodes while he's jogging around the field pointing at the corner flag with his chest out.
  3. Yep, this place really is a joke at times. We win one game 1-0 against a crap side that completely fails to turn up and the general perception of a player who's been in the first team for 12 years changes fairly significantly. He's the most injury prone player I've ever seen at NUFC in addition to having numerous glaring deficiencies as a defender.
  4. Thanks for posting. Really enjoyed that.
  5. Something to do with nicking an underling's food at a restaurant, I think. You can do that, when you're the king.
  6. Endorsed both Kinnear and Carver for the permanent job. Thick isn't the word.
  7. I'd say anyone advocating a new contract for him wants dropping on their head, like.
  8. Staggering how bad WBA were there. Absolutely atrocious in every department.
  9. 90% think it was OK or better? Ridiculous. What the fuck is actually wrong with you?
  10. I didn't used to mind Gibson too much but he's obviously started wetting the bed and stuff and subsequently gone all misanthropic and cantankerous.
  11. Fucking hell how slow will he be playing injured I'm thinking Cacapa with Sol Campbell on his back.
  12. 12 years since that shitty debut.
  13. He's a mediocre defender when fit and and having shaken the rust off. He cares and I'd rather him on the pitch than Coloccini, but that's about the nicest thing I can say about him. The pair of them together means trouble, though. Both immobile, lacking height and go wandering instead of holding their position.
  14. Oh good, this stupid fucker crying on the last day of the season again.

    Steve McClaren

Come on, both are worlds away from utter shit like Pardew and medicore pansies like McClaren.

    Steve McClaren

He does. We're just very shit.
  17. Gary Lineker's Book of Ghost Stories has more credibility.

    Steve McClaren

simply doesn't have it in him to rouse the rabble Has the charisma of a stone A Steve Stone. A Father Stone "No, fine."

    Steve McClaren

I like the fact he doesn't criticise his players to the media, mind. Obviously something he's taken from SAF. Unfortunately he clearly doesn't command their respect like his mentor did.

    Graham Carr

If someone else had signed Cabaye the perception of Carr would be very different. And signing a French international on the verge of cementing a starting role for his country hardly constitutes great scouting anyway. Him and his mate McClaren should both be sacked.
  21. He was playing quite well because Everton were letting him play the ball from the back. Just ignore him, man. Waste of time.
