WAT.
In my opinion a team who are expected to be fighting relegation shouldn't sack their manager after losing to Man Utd away, especially when they are only 3 points away from safety. If they had lost to a team in and and around the relegation zone then fair enough, but you can't say to the manager that he needs to get a result from Man Utd away to keep his job especially when survival is still a realistic possibility.
The gift that keeps on giving.
Taylor'll have only a year left on his contract come summer. I think selling him is wishful thinking.
I think he's our best CB when fit but he's been fit less than half the time for the past 8 years. It's criminal, really.
I've always said Haidara has potential and badly needs games. There's nothing to play for this season so we might as well hand the likes of him and Dummett some experience with an eye on next season.
I still think a fit Santon is our best LB.
This is rubbish. For a long time he's been giving the team absolutely nothing from an attacking or defensive perspective. Two of the luckiest goals you'll ever see doesn't change that.
Dummett's a better defender but Haidara looks a real talent going forward. His best game for us today.
Probably worth playing Dummett CB and Haidara LB for the rest of the season. Let Coloccini and Williamson fight for the other spot.
