  1. Vucinic is very good technically. He works fairly hard and could be instrumental in build up play but in terms of goals he's not prolific. He's not particularly strong or quick. Very much Kuyt the second. agree with all that, but i'm amazed how people assume he's good technically.. he's not bad at taking on people, but he can hardly run straight with the ball and his dribbling style is very much kick the ball and run after it.. he was also quite prolific for Lecce.. i don't really like him as a player, although after his goal vs Madrid i told myself i'd never talk bad about him again.. same as Taddei
  2. N'Zogbia has so much more to his game than Lennon.. in fact he's superior in every footballing aspect, apart from pace maybe.. and it's not like Zog is slow.. i'm sure Keegan can persuade him to stay

is this a tattoo on Beye's right arm?
  4. there's plenty of people on that list that'd not only provide competition, but some of them would improve our first team..
  5. Enrique is quality.. i've said that since his first games for us.. and i don't think Riise or Shorey would be an improvement over him
  6. Arsenal and Man U both take in £3m every match day. That is the figure we must try to surpass. yeah, we need more corporate boxes in the ground
  7. i thought Allardyce was just the right kind of manager for the club..
  8. i'd rather we don't play Chimbonda
  9. wow, that's a great site.. well done mate..
  10. i dont think hes improve our starting 11 tbh he'd piss on our starting 11
  11. ah fuck that.. I think we should sign Koumas..
  12. and what are you on about. all ive said is that hes overrated i havnt said hes rubbish or anything You're entitled to your opinion. If you genuinely think he's over-rated then fair enough. Millions of people disagree with you. millions of people think lampard is world class when that clearly isnt the case ** entering WUM cycle ** you think lampard is world class? nah.. of course i don't.. i just made an observation about your little argument here

  14. and Drogba is more powerful and has a better shot than all of them.. i'd say that he's on Ronaldo's level, in terms of how he singlehandedly wins games for his team..
  15. having watched every PL game, i think he has 3 shots on target and a little more off target.. and he has been directly responsible for at least 5 conceded goals.. i remember counting his 'contributions' in the first game vs Stoke.. 4 successful passes for the whole game, couple of won headers and everything else was giving away the ball and needless faults. the very definition of an anti-footballer.

    Emre

i gave up on him, although i like the way he plays.. he just can't keep himself fit.
  17. if Faye is a squad player, the rest are championship players.. or wait..
  18. Wouldn't be that unhappy with that, although I can already hear the criticism of Lennon - "headless chicken, no-end product, new Dyer etc etc" - that will come from some people. They would have a point yeah.. i'd rather we go for a better all-round players in midfield
  19. http://goal.com/en/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=642487 AC Milan veteran Paolo Maldini has revealed he's mulling over whether to join English outfit Newcastle United in the summer after the Magpies made him an offer. The 39-year-old defender has spent his entire career with the Rossoneri, but having said he would retire at the end of this season appears to be having second thoughts. Wholesale changes are expected at Milan over the summer, however, with last weekend's 2-1 home defeat to Atalanta the final straw, and Maldini has been told he won't be appearing for the club next season no matter who the coach is. Milan want to move towards more youthful players and it appears Maldini is willing to abandon his status as a one-club man in order to keep playing for another season. Reports surfaced on Monday that Newcastle United had made the five-time European Cup winner an offer for next season, with boss Kevin Keegan feeling Maldini's experience could help sure up things in the Magpies' defence. "It's true that Newcastle have been in touch," confirmed Maldini yesterday. "It's certainly an interesting offer and one I won't rule out just yet. "My only regret in my career is that I've never had the chance to play abroad and this would be a terrific opportunity to play in the Premier League for a massive club," added the defender, who admits to being extremely impressed by Newcastle's run in last season's Intertoto Cup.
